They are great for school or doodling, since altogether they afford a nearly unlimited amount of erasing. The lines are the perfect losing them all. As a matter of fact, I believe you would have to try.size, not too thick like some other brands. These are the only pencils I have used in the last 6 months. My mother constantly steals them from me, they are so good.I highly recommend for all your purposes unless you are a better artist than me, and as a graphic designer, I'm a little bit better than your average person.They are very durable and not flimsy.
