Was going for a more pastel look, but worth it for the money. Was cute once assembled. Wish it would’ve included more larger size balloons.

Beautiful pastel colors, as pictured. I like this particular garland kit as pastel colors are achieved by the actual balloon color (vs. having color + white balloon over it) - thank you for that. It makes it easy to inflate and assemble. I also like the pretty metallic balloons. Fantastic kit. And everything you may need, including DYI instructions, is there. I just took a screenshot and followed the step-by-step. Definitely recommend!

I used two packs for my balloon half arch. Overall, loved how it turned out. There are slight variations in colors of balloons and I didn’t like that the shiny/metallic colors didn’t have smaller sizes to help fill spaces. I omitted the gold because I didn’t like the shiny look and didn’t fit well with this color scheme in my opinion as it does not look like the first photo you see.

I purchased the mermaid balloon arch set for my daughters birthday. I was afraid to blow it all up the night before because I didn’t want to chance the balloons going flat so I worked on this the morning of. I will say that the day after the party the arch looks the exact same which is great so I think it’s safe to say you can make it the day before to save time.Anyhow, since I did mine the morning of, I didn’t finish it before I had to work on other things because it does take quite a while even with a balloon inflating machine. Unfortunately, our set also didn’t include a straw to blow up the foil balloons which was really frustrating considering I didn’t have a lot of time so I had to improvise with a Capri sun straw we luckily had on hand. Although this did work to blow them up, it unfortunately poked holes in the foil when poking them through the neck of the balloon so 3 of the 4 foil shell balloons had to then be taped and banded to prevent the air from leaking back out. The tape and rubber bands didn’t work great so those balloons actually stayed pretty flat which was a bummer.I also came across several balloons with holes already in them straight out of the bag. I had at least 5 others pop on me while inflating. Plus, the really tiny size of balloons would not inflate with my pump and i could hardly get any air in them blowing them up manually which was really frustrating. Since I ran out of time and didn’t use all of our balloons anyway none of this was a super big deal to me but I could see how it would be much more frustrating for someone trying to make a full balloon arch because of the amount of balloons you couldn’t use.

Overall it was ok. It worked for what I needed it too. Some balloons popped easy and two of the foil shells didn’t even blow up, also there was no straw, I had to go buy one. Easy to hang and attach to the provided balloon strip. Which it had come with directions though because there was no way I could’ve gotten it into the arch like in the photo.

This is the biggest balloon arch I’ve ever seen, probably about 12 feet long. It was very easy to put together but took a long time. I also used a an electric balloon pump which I would recommend. This arch is beautiful and great quality, just be prepared for some work and have a large vehicle to transport if needed!

All shell balloons were busted but other balloons were fine

Pretty colors of balloons, but the seashells are smaller than pictured, and 2 were defective. The valves were fused together, so no way to inflate them without damaging the balloon. Otherwise a decent set.
