This is the 2nd time this Jack has failed me! The first one lasted 3 years and then failed me before the camping season. Thinking it was fluke I decided to by the exact same model. This time it didn't even last me a year. There is no way to contact the company. It won't go up or down, but the the light still works. It's an obvious motor problem.

This jack is a winner! It's quiet and powerful at 4000lb lift capacity and 22 inches of lift. The installation was smooth. It took me 15 minutes to install. The jack has an adjustable foot that drops, making it quick to detach. The speed is decent. That's one of my favorite things about this jack. The quality is great as you expect. You won't be disappointed in this jack.
