Installation took 15 minutes without a problem. The hex head is 9/16" socket.

Edit: Company reached out due to my review and offered a refund. I accepted and they issued the refund without requiring I return the clamps.I've updated the review adding a star for customer service and another star for the no hassle refund.I was able to get 3 out of 4 installed. But all the taps were drilled crooked so the bolts bent during instalation. The fourth bolt broke in half. They would've been okay if they worked but the threads being crooked made this job all the more difficult.

Decent clamps, ended up snapping one of the bolts from over tightening. My bad but since these aren’t sold individually I have to buy 4 more just to replace the one that broke
