Bought this for my 3 year old grandson. The quality is great but needs to be put together. Lots of pieces but the instructions were pretty easy. My grandson absolutely loves it and plays with it all the time. It is durable and designed well. Great value for the money

This went together in 31 easy steps, so give yourself about an hour or so to build it. Instructions are all in drawings so if your brain works like that, it’s fine. It really doesn’t do a whole lot of things. The train goes around the track nicely, but it involves human engagement to Move cranky the crane around when the train gets to that point on the track. You can put cargo up and down in an elevator, and the whole thing is just really fun to look at. I never thought they’d like it this much. I’ve had it since July. We had so much for them at Christmas we didn’t bring it out and now is my grandson’s third birthday and it’s a hit. !!Quality, value and fun. Will be very durable. We’re not about to disassemble this !

Great Christmas gift. 3 yr old recipient. Absolutely ecstatic when he saw it Christmas morning. I assembled it beforehand.Assembly was extensive but not complicated. Good instruction set. 15 months later and it is still the "king" of toys in the playroom.

This Thomas and Friends toy was worth every penny! Our 3 year old grandson runs to this toy everytime he comes to our house. He is able to operate all the functions independently. It is very durable and handles the pushing and pulling our toddler gives it.It was easy to put together, just a bit of time. It is a larger toy, so have the room for it.We highly recommend this for any train loving child!

I bought this set for my Grandson who just turned two, and he hasn’t stopped playing with it for days. It’s very well made, nice and sturdy. It comes with a battery operated, motorized Thomas, and a small non- motorized Percy who can be hooked on to other trains. Cranky the crane, Carly the crane, and Cassia are all included, attached to the set. There are many ways for the child to interact, pushing the red levers to allow the train to go after stopping on the track, pushing the big lever over for Cranky to set the bridge for allowing the train to cross the gap in the tracks, using the hooks to remove cargo from the trains and dropping them down the chute to be picked up later down the track. Harold the helicopter is also included and there’s a helipad for him.The trains stay on track, climb the ascending rails, and navigate the descending rails very well. You can buy other motorized trains to join in the fun, we use up to three at a time, and keep the others ‘parked’ in our ‘train yard’ in the meantime. Smaller, heavy trains that aren’t motorized( like the Percy that’s included), race very quickly down the track using only gravity.This is a wonderful toy, the adults are delighted by it too! Not disappointed at all. High quality and surprisingly well done! Definitely recommend.

Grandsons love this huge Thomas play set. Lots of fun BUT the plastic is warped and misshaped on one piece of the lower track. Every time engine gets to this place, it derails. Very disappointed in paying a lot of money for a defective product. Boys still play with the set but something like this shouldn’t happen.
