The current seed breakdown is 13.59% Silver Dollar perennial rye, 12.25% Vision perennial rye, 10.89% Fenway fescue, 10.87% Wendy Jean fescue, 6.79% Gaelic bluegrass, 5.45% Momentum fescue, 4.09% Jump Start bluegrass, and 4.06% Abbey bluegrass. All grasses in this mix are perennial. This product is 70% seed and 30% fertilizer by weight.

Q: Can we jog on this grass?

This is a blended grass seed mix. It has bluegrass, rye, and fescue. Since it has ryegrass, it will be able to tolerate heavy foot traffic.

Q: Are the sun seeds and shade seeds seperated or do I have to divude them to grow in side side and then the shade side seeds too?

You don't have to separate them. You couldn't really even if you wanted to try. Just make sure to do some research about what types of grass grow best in your area, about the soil in your yard and the best ways to go about it. Growing grass isn't always some super simple task where throwing seed on a lawn and watering it is all you need to do. Take the time to learn everything you can, cause a lot of people end up disappointed they can't get grass to grow because they didnt take the time to educate themselves. When using this product to seed a new lawn, prepare the area to be seeded by raking the top layer of soil approximately 2 in. deep, then remove any dead grass or debris to ensure seed-to-soil contact. After seeding, lightly rake the seed into the soil to ensure it is covered up just beneath the surface. When using this product for overseeding, prepare the area to be overseeded by mowing the existing grass to a height of approximately 2 in. or use the lowest mower setting. Next, rake to remove any dead grass or debris. After seeding (a new lawn or overseeding), water the area daily (as needed) to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 in.
