After reading some reviews about this being difficult to fold back down, I made sure to observe what it looked like in it's folded state before I opened it out. It made folding back up a breeze. When you take it out of the box, hold it just as it is, but fold the lid part completely backward, like in my photo. See exactly how that folded part looks? It's easy to put it back that way. It holds at least up to 200 lb weight easily enough. It is slightly low to the floor, but could easily be set up on some sort of platform if needed. I love that it folds compactly/flat and fits in an included carry bag. There is plenty of space for a small-ish roll of toilet paper to stay in the carrying bag, too. I purchased this for my "She Cave", which I fondly call my Palace. The Palace was in need of a "throne", lol! It stays discreetly tucked away when not needed. Now, I don't have to retreat back inside the house when nature calls. Thumbs up!

OK, it's plastic and appears a little flimsy at first, but I used it inside my tent for a four day camp trip and I'll never go camping again without it. Sets up super simple, holds up to the weight and doesn't smell. Be sure to purchase the powder separately. It doesn't come with it, but it does come with a supply of the liner bags. Well worth the investment for tent/car camping, and I'm sure you could even take it backpacking if you have the room as it folds up pretty flat. It honestly surprised me how well it worked and how much easier it made my camping experience.

UPDATE: starting double bagging and no leak issues that way.I ordered this for our truck camper bc I'm sick of having to go out in the middle of the night to pee in all sorts of weather, fearing a bear is gonna sneak up on me or someone will see me. I pee several times through the night, sometimes up to 5 times. That was one of the biggest barriers to me enjoying camping. This toilet was easy to set up, it collapses easily and has a carrying case that we keep it in under our cots when we're not using it. It comes with some bags to use as well, and I ordered Eco gel separately to add into the bag. It's sturdy, didn't worry about tipping it over when using it. I only used it for pee, the Eco gel seemed to work relatively well, but I did have some liquid left in when the evening was done. The only thing I don't like about this toilet is the bag did leak, so when it was time to put away we had to tie off the bag and toss it, then wipe down the toilet as much as we could, then use soap and water once back at home. It was gross. I plan to double bag from now on and see if that helps. I've also heard kitty litter works, that might be better for urine, but the Eco gel is much easier to have on hand, it comes in a small resealable bag with individual pouches you sprinkle in. I still recommend this, it's made camp life so much better and I've only used it once. Might invest in better bags once these run out, the Eco gel is lemongrass scented and covers any smell, it smells wonderful actually.

What a great buy! My daughter is famous for having to use the restroom when there isn’t one around! Go figure! This is the perfect addition to our trunk. We spend a lot of time in our car due to her constant sports schedules. It folds up nicely and goes right into a carrying drawstring bag. I’m even able to fit 3 travel size packs of wipes in the same bag. The bags it comes with are great. They’re black so easily disguises your business when throwing out waste in public. They are large enough that a heavier load will not slip. Lots of extra bag space to secure the bag under the seat. I use the back seat area of my car to set her up. I pull the driver side front seat all the way forward and set up the toilet right behind it. Windows cracked a bit for circulation, I get out of the car and let her do her business. Thankfully our windows are nicely tinted and low enough that the seat is way below the window area. Everything about this is convenient. I take out the bag, tie it up, throw it out. Wipe down the toilet with a wipe and put it right back in the carrying bag. Super easy! It is not flimsy at all as other reviews stated. Ive used this several times myself already. If you feel like it’s collapsing you either didn’t set it up correctly or it’s not on a flat surface. Otherwise it is very strong. If you always need a restroom when on the road or at soccer fields with far away restrooms or locked up restrooms, this is your product. Go and get it ! You won’t regret it.

Bought this twice- lid usually breaks off. It’s functional and compact but, legs alas fall asleep every time I’m on for more than a few minutes.

we brought this with us on a tent camping trip to avoid middle of the night bathroom runs with young kids. It worked great, and they were happy to use it rather than the campsite bathrooms. Folds up small for transport, easy to clean.

I love the size. I live the van life, and a toilet is necessary in the vehicle. This is the perfect size. I had a bigger one before, and although I did like it, it was made out of cloth and Leather So it dirty real quick. This one is plastic, and very easy to keep clean. The lid that closes at the top is scalloped, so if you plan on putting anything on top of the lid, and using it as a trash can, the lid is not totally flat. That is not a problem for me. I think this is perfect.

Made camping easy! It does take a nice squat to sit on it. It is strong enough for me at 230 lbs and my partner over 260The bags provided are super super flimsy and they absolutely need to be doubled up to avoid being easily puncturedFolding it back up is a bit tricky and the bag to carry the toilet when it’s folded is also extremely flimsy, broke after my first time trying to get the toilet back in
