Most pathetic after sales service experience i have ever experienced,going to return the product just becoz of their after sales ''service head Mr.Anurag''after the purchase i contacted on the given service number for DEMO, after that they gave me some other number to follow on, finally after long talks they transferred my call to service head Mr.Anurag who was very much rude & was using vulgar language. I said that im calling for DEMO, so he started to saying that why have you bought the product if you do not know how to use it, den i said that i will give negative review & will return the product etc, so he said, that do what ever you can do.

Totally waste of money

Lousy Customer Support- you only receive template emails in response to a problem. Been waiting for over a month to even hear on next steps in response to an issue with the digital lock- leave alone a solution! Deeply disappointed with Amazon!

Claramente usado, muy sucio, lleno de marcas de dedos... y para terminar de bordarlo viene con una de las esquinas golpeada fuerte.Ya está mal que te quieran hacer pasar como nuevo algo que no lo es, pero que además venga en este estado es inaceptable.

Ich hatte zuerst Probleme mit dem Code, alle 3 LEDs waren nach der Eingabe am Leuchten, der Schließmechanismus öffnete sich aber nicht, die Batterie war schon etwas älter (8,2V sind für den Tresor zu wenig)!Auf verdacht einfach eine neue Batterie gekauft und siehe da, es öffnet sich auch mit dem Code!Der "Stellmotor" braucht anscheinend ordentlich dampf, mal sehen wie lange die Batterie halten wird :)Ich muss mir noch etwas suchen um das Loch im Boden ordentlich zu schließen, da wäre eine dicht Masse ganz Nett, bei dem Preis aber vertretbar.Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, da passen immerhin ca. 4 Din A4 Ordner und in das oberste Fach CDs oder Festplatten rein.Hoffe der Feuerschutz taugt zumindest ein wenig, drinnen wurden Gipsähnliche Platten verwendet.
