I use this not everyday but on occasion. It will affect your sleep if you take them too late. They need to be taken in the morning.The size is fairly large honestly but not too bad. They go down easy and have no weird taste. They will stick to your throat so definitely don't take them without a drink.They absorb quickly. I have to usually take a lesser dose due to anxiety. But it's a great viatamin to add to your regiment if you need a boost.

These are a great quality option for a B-Complex. Easy to swallow (not too big), and have good health benefits (I feel more alert). They are orange and look like Cheeto puffs, and taste like them too. They even leave a residue on your fingers! (Which is why I gave 4/5 stars)
