I stress a ton and clench my teeth giving me constant tension in my shoulders and neck and causing awful migraine-like headaches daily. Before buying this I would need to use a disposable adhesive air activated neck and shoulder heating pad daily. I’ve had some neck issues ever since a car accident many years ago. I cracked a few vertebrae back in my late 20’s and now in my 60’s I can get some residual pain in the back of my neck. This wrap is like getting a warm hug right where I need it! The heat feels so good and I can adjust it exactly how much I want. Bang for the buck-it pretty perfect!

I bought this to relax tight neck and shoulder muscles when I sleep on my shoulders or neck wrong. It has multiple heat levels and is made well of a soft quilted Valure material. This isn't a USB rechargeable heating pad. It is an electric pad that comes with an ample 7-foot cord you plug into an outlet. I love that it's washable even though I haven't tried washing it yet. The shoulder area and neck opening is big enough to accommodate my neck and shoulders and my husband's 17-inch neck and broad shoulders.I set it on 4 out of 6 heat settings and set the auto shutoff for 30 minutes. The 4-level auto shutoff feature is a must since I almost fell asleep. It definitely helped loosen my neck and shoulders and relieved my headache. The one thing that would have made this a 5-star product is if it came with a storage bag or box.

I ordered this for my sister who loved this. After an injury to her neck, she used this daily and loves the warmth. She said it is helping the healing process.

My husband bought this as a Valentine's gift and gave it to me early. I have had two cervical spine surgeries and on occasions have very tight neck muscles that cause migraines.In the past, I have used several different types of heating pads that don't really get close to your skin like this one does. The past heating pads I have had to pull with the cord and order for it to get into the area that I needed heated.This heating pad because it wraps around you and has the neck square along with the snap, it stays where it's supposed to stay and it heats up all of the areas of your neck and shoulders. It has an automatic shut off. You can set the timer for 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. You can set the heat setting from 1to 6 and if you decide to change the setting it does not disrupt the timer. The fabric is very soft and durable and the size I believe is perfect for what I need it for. The cord length is the perfect size.I love my new "friend" and would highly recommend if someone needs it for neck, shoulder or upper back.

well made product that does what is says, 6 levels of heat, I have the same issues as other reviewers - I am average size, and this does not really adjust tight enough for me, so I use a heavy duty clip to make it fit better, Cord is well made, but not quite long enough or convenient enough to reach at times, to adjust heat level. Still give it 5 stars, would buy again.

Value for the money was good but it fit very awkwardly. Did not really heat in areas of the upper shoulders/neck like I had hoped. Fabric was very soft but just was not comfortable.
