My previous cervical pillow (different brand, which is no longer sold) I had for 5 yrs but had to toss because it became way too dense/firm for me and it felt like i was sleeping on a rock. Reluctantly, I began sleeping on a traditional bed pillow and was waking up with a stiff/sore neck and was always feeling tired. After reading numerous cervical pillows reviews, I decided on the Osteo cervical pillow and am glad I did!PROS:-After just one night, my neck felt immediate relief.-Pillow has two different height options (just rotate the pillow). One side is more comfortable for back sleeping and the other for side sleeping.-I did remove the center foam insert as the pillow was still a little too high for me and it’s now perfect!-While this pillow is firm/supportive, the memory foam also has the right amount of ‘give’, so when you lay your head on it, it ever so slightly conforms to you. My old cervical pillow (again, different brand) would feel like my cheek was pressed up against a rock but the Osteo pillow, has just the right amount of softness for me.-The pillow is offered in two sizes (Queen and Standard). I purchased the Queen (very happy with it), which I’d say is comparable to the size of a traditional pillow.CON:-The pillow did have a slight smell, which dissipated after a few days. I immediately washed the pillow case and protective covering and that helped.-This isn’t really a con but more so an FYI to potential buyers. It took a few nights to adjust to the pillow but can say I’m now sleeping soundly and wake up feeling refreshed.Let’s face it, pillows are so subjective and finding the right pillow is like finding a needle in a haystack. I’ve owned practically every type of pillow there is and am happy I tried the Osteo pillow. I’ll be buying a second one soon so I have a back up ;)

I am genuinely shocked at how comfortable this pillow is, and that it worked for the problem I bought it for. I have had neck pain for so long I pretty much took it for granted as being how my neck was supposed to feel. I bought this pillow not really having high hopes. The pictures of it don't look comfortable. I thought it was going to be too low. No. It is extremely comfortable and the perfect height.I can't say how it compares to the many other pillows out there with similar designs. But I can say that it is nice, seems high quality, very comfortable, I think it is cooling. It can be used for all sleep styles. It is everything they claim in the description.

I have neck problems, spinal stenosis and weak shoulders that do not support the neck muscles well. If I sleep on an ordinary bed pillow I wake up with an uncomfortable, sore neck which lingers all day long, affects my balance at times and makes me feel miserable. I purchased a multitude of "neck ortho type pillows" online for years without ever finding one that was really effective. I have finally purchased the right one. I am finally sleeping all night long without disturbing wake-ups. It can be used for side, back or stomach sleeping. I absolutely love the quality and the price was so reasonable! It even came with a zippered pillow case and removable foam piece on the bottom if the pillow appears to high.

I've been struggling with pain and I've been gifted high end pillows by my family. I felt so guilty admitting they weren't helping so I've dealt with the pain. I've tried getting other pillows at home goods and costco. Feeling even more guilty I kept dealing. Eventually I gave up and looked up pillows online (I wanted to purchase in person) and ended up ordering this one. This wins. I feel so much better. My neck is supported even when I turn on my side. I'm 4'11 and I'm good with this size.
