I was very uneasy about ordering from this company. It wasn't a Prime Amazon provider and you had to pay for returns. We ordered 8 chairs and they were shipped in 4 cartons. They arrived early and were packaged with care. They were very easy to assemble and in a matter of a few hours I hade all of them assembled. The hardware is superior and the quality is much better than we expected. My wife saw similar chairs at a local, high-end furniture store and they were selling for over $700 each. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Easy to assemble, look very elegant and at a very reasonable price. Packaging was comprehensive providing with essentially no risk of damage during shipping. Very happy with the 8 chairs I bought for our new Texas Hill Country house.

4 stars because the white accent in the black was a little more than the pics making it look much more unnatural. I’m still contemplating painting them all black to get rid of the excess white in the crevices. Apart from that, really nice chairs. Mid-century modern design. Great for the price.

These chairs are absolutely beautiful, but upon unboxing two of the chairs came damaged. I ordered 8 total and 2 were damaged. The cushion is apart from the chair. 8 were expensive - $1,000. Disappointed.

These chairs are very nice and represent a good quality/price ratio but more importantly the Customer Support of this firm is really top.One of the chairs I ordered was damaged during transport. The seller reacted very quickly and in no time at all I had a replacement at my door.I will certainly bear this in mind if I order other items from this supplier in the future.Many thanks to the representative I dealt with. The chairs are well made and comfortable. Unfortunately they did fit our decor and we needed to return them. Even though they were outside the return window, Krystal worked with us to arrange to be able to still return them. Wish all companies handled issues like this!

Chairs were nice, but the finish on the chairs was to rustic for me.

Assembly instructions needed to be more specific, but having had the chairs for a few months now they are very good and comfy. They aren't as black as you'd think kinda has a light elmers glue color all over but they still look nice and good cushion.
