Instructions a must
This was wonderful and it came just as it said. However it comes with no instructions. Either use YouTube videos or order directions. It’s not difficult but it’s not a cake walk either.

It just gets worse
I received the product fairly quickly however when I informed them that I was missing parts and and the instruction manual they sent me a list for YouTube videos for the taotao 50 and told me I was SOL on parts, fine I’ll buy my own, upon further inspection we found that the fuel line was completely disconnected but fine we can work that out too, then it was the electrical. The only reasons I didn’t return it is the 400$ shipping fee and that I need it as my only form of transportation because driving in my town is hell

My blue scooter
Started out with an issue with the trunk not the one on the advertisement. Sent an email that I wS not happy about this issue. Received a notice from Emily:) asking how she could help. This girl went above and beyond to help with the issue. Emily:) kept in contact with me and let me know how things were progressing. Emily:) is a huge asset to your business. She is excellent in her customer service. My trunk came today an I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU EMILY:)

Wrong title
I bought this bike, and it was stolen. I had the title, but it does no good because it doesn’t match the vin number on the bike. So I can’t prove it’s mines.

I bought this moped 2 month ago, it was the best decision I made when I chose this model with this company. The product was the best on the market. The service from the company could not have been any better. I make a request and they were promptly in doing so.
