I need these because I recently had prostrate cancer surgery and they work very well. I feel that they are absorbent enough for my situation. That situation is occasional leakage in small amounts. You don't feel them because they are small and are designed to adhere to underpants. After surgery you might want something larger in the beginning. As you do exercise and relearn to control flow these are what you will want to use. They control odor and no one will know you are wearing them. The price is good especially if you have Amazon Prime and you avoid any embarrassment buying them at the retail market. I hope this is a temporary need but for the time being, I can go anywhere with confidence. I don't feel that they are bulky and I have not had any guards rip even when I am exercising or riding my bike.

After reviewing a book, Amazon told me if I reviewed six other products they'd tell me a joke and as I think it is funny in a pathetic sort of way that I benefit from this product, I decided this is one I'd review.What can one say? It works. If you are an occasional leaker like I am, it dramatically reduces the fear of an embarrassing wet spot on your pants or the smell it sometimes brings. It makes you feel a little bit more comfortable as you walk to the bathroom, so that you won't humiliate yourself if you don't quite make it in time due to prostate issues.There; I want my joke Amazon!

Works as well as Depends and cheaper also. At least for me.

What I like about these pads is that it is the cheapest option out there, but there is always a down side. The more expensive pads allow urine to enter and also does a good job of keeping it contained. This is the problem I have with these Amazon pads, they leak from both ends, plus wetness comes through all over which leaves you with feeling wet.I am fully incontinent due to a medical mistake. I go through 10 to 12 pads a day so a .21 cent pad compared to a 1.00 plus pad makes a difference.

The design quality matches the need. Super absorbent, keeps the skin dry which prevented skin irritation, no leaks at all. Does not feel bulky, just enough material for comfort. Durable and stretchy and comfortable to the skin. Stays in place with securement adhesive. Easy to use.
