We've tried various omega fish gels and after months of use we see a difference. On the plus side it does not trigger indigestion as some cheaper brands due. We're on our secound bottle and will continue using these gels

It has very good ingredients, it doesn't upset my stomach and the lemon flavor is mild and feels fresh every time I take it.

My opthamologist suggested this prior to cataract surgery as an adjunct to the formation of quality tears.I cannot be certain of the efficacy of this Nordic Naturals fish oil or the refined Omega-3. I can say though that I experience none of the "fish burps" or after taste a few reviewers have claimed. Upon opening the bottle and removing the seal I smell--nothing. It seems that this oil is indeed highly refined and formulated to be both innocuous and inoffensive.I will definitely reorder more when I need to.

Buying a good fish oil is a challenge for someone like me who tries to avoid pork or beef products, a challenge since most fish oil supplements are made with pork or beef gelatin. This one is made with fish gelatin-so you actually are getting FISH and no other animal product.Some may balk at the price, but you really are getting a high quality supplement. When buying a fish oil supplement, it is important to make sure you are getting a good amount of DHA. You are getting 450mg of DHA with a 2 capsule serving of this product, which is a lot more than offered by most other fish oil brands. Also, since it is molecularly distilled, you know you are getting a pure form of omega-3's with little of the byproducts that scare many people away from using fish oil supplements.Some have mentioned the size of the pill and fish burps. I have not had any problems with that. What I do is take one pill two times a day instead of 2 pills at once. Make sure to take it with food as the instructions say.Overall, I highly recommend this product.
