I have suffered with chronic neck pain for more than 10 yrs. I've tried every kind of pillow you can imagine that is out there on the market. It has been a battle to say the least. Every night I would experience pain and discomfort throughout the night and by the morning when I have to wake up i was so stiff to the point that I would start the day feeling miserable. Browsing to purchase a new cervical pillow on Amazon, there were so many choices to look at and different designs, I was a little overwhelmed. When I saw the Cosium Cervical pillow, I was intrigued by the design and description and finally decided to go with this one. I was very impressed when it arrived. I took out the pillow from the cover bag and immediately I was so happy. It didn't have that harsh chemical smell. In fact I loved the me clean bamboo smell which I didn't mind at all. This was very important to me. Secondly, as soon as I touched the pillow, I was in heaven. It felt SO soft and support was the perfect amount of cushion. I didn't have any expectation to fix or cure my neck pain. I just had a open mind about it and thought I will see in the morning. Next day, I woke up. No joke. I had no pain! I was blown away. When I say I suffered with chronic neck pain--my condition in my cervical area is debilitating.I couldn't believe it and started being skeptical and thought I'll see how it goes the second day. Well the next day again, and no pain.Third, fourth, fifth. I've had it for almost one month now and I am so happy and pleased which is a total under statement!Side sleeping is amazing too. I got this pillow only yesterday but I can already say (after one night!) that it is an excellent product - well, at least for me. I was a bit worried about the adjustment period - I used to have different neck and shoulders pillows and had to give up as I never got used to them - I just felt they were doing more harm than good to me and felt too anxious to give it more time than a couple of weeks. But this one totally surprised me - I slept so well, it's unbelievable. I really struggle with my neck pain at nights and recently couldn't sleep at all, plus the pain would make my mornings really hard so this is such a nice surprise. I used the lower side (I'm a side sleeper) and it just felt so, so comfortable and natural, as if it was tailor-made for me. Amazing.

I had the pillow delivered on July 24 and today is aug 29- so used for 35 days - and I now love it. I had alot of mornings where I have been unsure cause I've woke with a kinked neck, wondering if I should quit. I was always use to a small thin pillow, do this was very different from what I'm use to. We recently got a more firmer mattress and I find the firm mattress and the higher pillow is really helping for a great night sleep. Half the time was used on a softer mattress and I didnt have as great results but that could just be it was in my trial period. I really feel you got to give this pillow 4 weeks or more use before you see if you can switch to it. Like I've already mentioned, I love it and have better sleeps cause of it!

I find this pillow so comfy. I’ve bought so many pillows you wouldn’t believe! I gave neck and shoulder problems. Finally found one right for me. Even take it on holiday.

I dislikes the pillow as it is very flat and its mot firm to support my neck and shoulders. Be an orthopaedic pillow it should have more support I had to place it on another pillow to get the effect.
