Great value
The product works well. The telescopic sections are easy to use and the tube is strong. I had no issues in several very gusty weather events. My only complaint is the top flag connection. It does not rotate around the pole causing the flag to wrap around the pole until the wind changes. Iâm very happy with this product. Great value for the money.

Great quality
This is ny first flag purchase from them but it IS nade better than the flags from your local big box lumber/hardware stores (which I have to replace twice a year). So if it last more than a year it will be WELL worth the price.

Missing the gold ball
Got my order for the 2nd time. Had to return the First Flag due to damage in shipping. Now the 2nd Flag is missing the gold ball. Trying to get the item missing is not user friendly. How do I get the gold ball missing from flag pole.

Bent in wind
This worked great, looked good. Had a storm in with wind gusts up to 50mph. The pole was only extended about 9 feet and it bent enough that it would no longer extend or retract . It had one flag on it . I could understand if fully extended , but it was only halfway.

Big disappointment.
I am so disappointed that our flag pole broke. We bought this one because the ad states it will stand up to wind. Well it did not. The pole broke in the middle. So sad to see what had happened during the night.

Great
Got this flagpole for my dad and he loves it. The only thing I noticed is that the package itself was in rough shape when it was put on our front porch. But the product itself was not damaged at all.
