I have had mine installed by me, for about 2 months. My shower is used at least 5 times a day. Ages 4 through 15 and more adults. I absolutely love ❤️ it. I hope and pray, that with proper care it will last many years. It is a very relaxed shower with the pressure good and strong. Best shower head I've had in a long while. I'm 67 young.

This… completely surpassed expectations. Granted there are a few settings that are… “cute”. The streaming one where the water just flows out in a wide , thin stream. Cute. But haven’t found a reason for it to be there.Now. Hands down the BEST feature is the wand selector switch that takes all 2.5 gallons and shoots out a high pressure stream. This knocked out 75% of the surface mold but also was able to clear a few hair clogs.The downside - showers are my mental happy place. I have been known to fall asleep in the shower while holding my shower coffee. 45 minutes will just disappear and It really helps my mental health. Sadly. I have a medium sized water heater. And I get 20 mins out of it now. Soo I have gone back to pausing the shower as i lather up thus saving 5 minutes of water to be used to dense off and drink my coffee.

Try to do a search for soft spray shower heads and you will get no desired search results. Instead, you are given all the high pressure spray shower heads to shop from. It is hard for me to find shower heads that spray soft enough for my sensitive skin. It doesn't seem there are many people out there like me that experience pain from high pressure shower heads.This shower head is a winner. One of the settings on the stationary head is soft enough for my needs. All settings on the hand-held are too strong. But having both heads run at the same time really reduces the pressure of the spray to make a very nice soft shower. I haven't had any leak issues yet since installing it. All features work great.

I have very mixed feelings about this. Should have read a little more of description before ordering. Impulse buy after seeing on a you tube product recommendation. Was surprised when unpacked and it is very much this plastic material and not metal. Was very easy to install and works well. Normal shower settings about the same pressure if my last shower head. The pressure in the cleaning settings is very strong. Will have to see how it holds up. The issue with the double head is when you put the handheld in bracket under rainhead it blocks the water flow. If I move rainhead to spray out more does not work for me as sprays right over my head! Did come with an extra mount for handheld that mounts via sticky tape. Do not really want to stick that on my shower tile. But may have to eventually or find another work around.

The media could not be loaded.  We loved the shower head and the features. But after 7 months and occasionally needing to adjust the direction, the head is cheap plastic and broke. Bummer. Need to get another

I really like the shower heads with a number of options, especially the jet and the wide fan. Cleaning the shower should be a lot easier. The thing that I didn't like - I could not for the life of me get the diverter to attach to my shower arm. It seemed like the connection nut was just a tiny bit too small and I couldn't get it to screw on the threads of the arm. Annoying but luckily I had a diverter from an old shower head which DID attach. I was able to attach both the shower head and the hose/hand shower to the old diverter. Once that was done the unit worked fine, no leaks.

Best shower head! Worth every penny!

Great settings, love the hand held option too in more ways then one; I'm able to wash feet properly as well as clean and rince the tub with ease!!! YayAwesome!
