Great starter book.

As a RN that has took some time off this has been a great refresher on documentation.

Nursing students might benefit from many of these points. They tend to like to add their interpretation of assessment findings. I have seen a sudden increase in charting of "will continue to monitor". It always bothered me, now I know why! Thank you!

Short and to the point but not too much indepth

This book was useless. Not any tips to help new graduates. Nothing about charting.

This book was extremely helpful and easy to read. The author gives perfect examples and scenerios to make it easy for any nurse to understand how they can improve their bedside charting.
