I am a busy Home baker and I am on my 3rd set of double ovens in 18 years! I wanted a commercial quality appliance, however my search for a residential version eluded me. While researching I came upon Koolmore on Amazon, I the did a great deal of comparison shopping with all the major appliance manufacturers, went to stores to check out the competitors. I checked for quality, functionality and affordability. I kept coming back to Koolmore product and the reviews about their success and extraordinary high ratings in the Commercial sector was enough to convince me this company, although NEW in the residential sector, might just be worth taking a chance on and hopefully will be my LAST set of ovens I will ever have to purchase! The ovens were shipped directly to my home with exceptional packing and crating. They are elegant and stylish. The quality of the doors, racks and keyboard are definitely commercial grade, exactly a product that can stand up to my excessive baking obsession. The only drawbacks are that the keyboard does not light up making the selection buttons more difficult to see in poor lighting. Also each oven only came with a single rack, where most other brands have 2-3 racks per oven. With that said, I did contact the Koolmore customer service and they ordered me two more racks at no charge! Customer Service was a true pleasure to work with, they are knowledgeable, professional and prompt to address any and all my concerns. I love my NEW Commercial grade and quality ovens. I use them nearly everyday and the products are always cooked Beautifully and delicious, not to mention quickly. I am hoping this company will remain committed to the residential sector and never change their high standards! I would love to see them add on to their product line and certainly would be a product tester and will definitely be looking to this company as my first choice for all my other appliance needs. You want a True quality product…look no further than Koolmore.

After only using this oven for just a couple of months, it has started to make a high pitched fan noise. We have contacted Koolmore for a solution. So far it has not yet been resolved, but hopefully soon the noise will be resolved. Update: After many calls, the replacement fans were received and the team installed the new fans. So far working correctly.In addition, not a fan of the controls, they are difficult to read (some appear in a grey on a black background) and my husband is unable to tell what they say. I can read it, but have to be at the correct angle with no reflections. It is sleek and a nice looking oven. The temperature setting are accurate.

We have been using our oven for about six months now, and have been very pleased. The interior is very roomy, and with no exposed heating elements on the bottom, it is very easy to clean.Two small issues that I have:1) Shipping large items from Amazon has some risks. My oven came damaged with the box torn up. Amazon offered a partial credit which worked fine for me.2) Unit ships with only two racks. For a double oven of this size, that makes no sense. KoolMore is selling me additional racks at a discount, which I am OK with. But they should have been included.

We were lured in by positive reviews. After install, we noticed the top door was out of alignment because the hinge pin snapped. The lower oven makes a terrible high pitched screeching noise when the fan kicks on. Now after less than four months, the top oven will not hold a temperature even though it says it's on. I contacted customer support and will update this review based on their response.

This oven is stylish and brings my kitchen up to date. Koolmore is better known as a commercial brand so this is a residential version. So far, the controls are easy to operate. It has self cleaning function as well as the top oven has a convection option. So far, so good. Wish it came with more than one oven rack per oven. I really like this oven.

We built a brand new house and to avoid supply chain issues I ordered the oven ahead of schedule. It’s in the house now but, the timer doesn’t work when the oven is cooking? Only beforehand. And once it reaches the desired temperature, after preheating, an automatic timer starts running that you cannot turn off or adjust.Koolmore sent a part in the mail and sent a repairman and it was the wrong part. His opinion was it’s a programming issue. I’m so disappointed. I have a brand new home with an oven that doesn’t have a basic working feature and now my warranty is expiring. I’ve emailed Koolmore so many times. Someone will email me back, but the title of the email is always INFO, so it ends up in junk mail most times. I offered them the suggestion of changing the title of the email so it doesn’t get lost, but they aren’t very concerned with customer satisfaction. The last I heard, they said that I should get a compatible external timer. I asked them if they could tell me what brand would be a compatible timer and she said she would get back to me, but never has. Also, since I started this review months ago, they sent the repairman again with yet another part. He said it was just a waste of time because it’s not the issue but he came and tried it and of course it did not work. The oven has also started cooking things very hot. I have to reduce the Recommended temperature by 25 to 50° to prevent overcooking. And the clock gains so much time. I was so very excited about this double oven. I thought that this company cared about home cooks, but it seems they only care about money because this easy to remedy situation is still going on after two years. I can’t imagine what I would do if the oven wasn’t actually working. One last thing that has shaken my confidence in Colmore is one of their representatives told me that they would really appreciate it if I would change my previous review of the product, and once I do that they would take care of my issue. I told him you take care of my issue and then I’ll think about a different review. When I called back and spoke to someone about this issue, they said he doesn’t even work there anymore. At least he gave me a look into the actual inner workings of this company.
