This foot tape is very durable. I have some feet issues due to several years of being a dancer and I work 2 jobs where I stand on cement floors for 10-12 hours per shift. They are both physically demanding and if I don’t tape my feet, I can barely walk by the time my shift ends. This tape stays on very well and doesn’t slip around. It will sometimes peel off at the edges but it’s extremely minimal. I’ve tried many sports tapes and this is by far the best. I know many dancers (ballet, modern, etc) who use and love this tape. To remove the tape, I let my feet soak in the bath for 5 minutes and it will peel off easily. I use a foot pumice stone to remove the sticky residue. I absolutely recommend this tape. By far the best I’ve tried and I will continue to purchase this brand.

Just as great as the KT branded tape. Honestly might be better, I applied this tape in less than under an hour before I went out for a 5k jog — not a single part of it had peeled off. Lasted through 2 days of work outs and 2 showers, even when i peeled it, i feel like it could’ve lasted another 2 days. Picture is after two days of wear. Half the price, too. Don’t overthink it, buy it and get to exercising!

I was skeptical about this product if this was going to work but to my surprise it works great! It sticks on the skin excellent, I’ve slept with it on and took a shower and left it on for three days as per direction and felt much better with no pain on my back and shoulder.

I love K tape way better than a brace it's been so helpful for me to avoid surgery for my knee and I use skin prep patches I bought separately so it doesn't bother my skin that was my only complaint you could Google how to use it right so you have less problems with rashes etc. I'm so happy the skin prep was best answer for me

Very pleased with this tape. I used in an "X" pattern on my inner knee. I had previously used KT tape which is twice as expensive and this works better! It stays on better with less irritation. I was able to shower and keep it on through three days of workouts.

I really believe kinesiology tape makes a difference have been using for about 6 months. This is my 3rd purchase and so far my least favorite. Fraus easiky and issues with it sticking at flex points. Going back to walgreen’s brand, cheaper and stayed in place.

I have tried tons of KT tape and Rock Tape (extra sticky) for my shoulder and wrist during tennis and beach volleyball. None of them have ever stayed even through one match or practice.This tape lasted TWO DAYS and even then I had to aggressively peel it off. It lasted through two 3-hour tennis practices, sleep, and shower. I haven't tried it out with beach volleyball yet, sometimes extra sweat / suntan lotion can make a difference, but I was super impressed.Make sure your skin is prepped - wipe it with rubbing alcohol to get rid of all the oils / lotions, and put the tape on at least one hour before your activities.WOW!

This product is incredible! I was training for a half marathon when I got IT Band Syndrome and hip bursitis as an overuse injury. That happened after an 8 mile run 2 months before my race, and I hadn’t been able to run more than 3 miles at a time after because of the excruciating pain in my knee during my runs and consistent pain in my hip. I would end up being a gimp the rest of the day after a short painful run.This was my Hail Mary to try and still be able to do my race because I am stubborn. While I still felt a little discomfort in my knee, it only started happening at mile 9! I was able to finish my half almost pain free. The tape sticks really well when you apply it and rubbing it after to activate the adhesive. I was able to walk normally after the race and it even stayed on without any peeling edges after a shower! Amazing product, definitely recommend to anyone with muscle/tendon injuries!
