This thing is awesome with one exception; the part that attaches to your phone. It's spring loaded and if you have a pop socket on your case, forget about it. I have a flat stand thing that folds in so mine fits, but barely. You pull it open and it grips your phone with the spring, but it it's not in just right it can fall out. They should make a better design to grip your phone. One with a screw or something. The tripod part is awesome though. I attached it to all kinds of things, a wooden rail fence, the back of a plastic lawn chair, whatever you can wrap it around. My phone is pretty heavy so sometimes you have to play the balancing game, but I usually made it work. The legs can go in any direction which is helpful. The remote is ok. Sometimes it takes a while to connect (it's bluetooth). I have to tell it several times before it decides to finally do it sometimes. Also be aware that this thing is short so unless you want to lay on the ground to look at your phone when you are setting up a shot, you'll need to set it on something. It works for me for now.

I have been using this tripod literally since 2018 and it has been wonderful over the years. This tripod is super flexible so you can pretty much put it in whatever position you need it in. I use this tripod mostly to create videos so I don't really use the remote on it but I have used it and it connects really well. Ive also noticed with some tripods that they fall over once you put you phone in them and I have not had that issue with this one at all. The price is great and it's easy to transport places because it's so small. I highly reccomend giving it a try if you are looking for one!

I've owned it over a year, but mostly it's been in use in the last 3 months on a weekly basis (maybe 12 photo shoots). The arms are good and can hold a grip pretty well, but the connection piece for the arms to the frame looks cast and since they are under a lot of tension as you wiggle and stretch the legs, they will inevitably fail. Broke in half at the joint. Donezo

This is an excellent quality product and easy to use. Makes for stability either mounted or it used handheld.
