JUNK! Not worth more than a few bucks
This is a piece of junk. It would not stay together, and that was if you could figure out putting it together, not all of the pieces are marked with numbers on the bags. It is super flimsy plastic legs, if a kid bumped it it would fall over.Came with two little balls about 2" diameter. If you enjoy wasting money this is a great purchase. If you prefer quality don't buy this.

Works great! Worth it!
Not sure why others found assembly so difficult, I had no trouble. I'm a middle aged woman, activity director for a nursing home and I just took my time, took stock of all parts and made it happen. Yes, I had to rearrange some posts and I didn't get every step perfectly the first time, but it's not rocket science! The poles make sense if you keep the big picture in mind, the net wraps around easily and even has a Velcro opening in the back for ease of replacing batteries. Everyone loves it! It's fun and we have no trouble with the trampoline, as a matter of fact it's PERFECT for residents who aren't right on top of it but rather tossing the ball at it from their chairs. Works perfectly, has a really fun 30 second timer which makes it easy to pass around to the group, the scoring is fun and exciting and out loud which is GREAT for visually impaired folks. Bottom line: worth every penny!

So difficult to assemble
This was so hard to assemble. Then after finally getting it together the net just doesn't fit like it shows. I truly wish it looked like the picture. It looks very cheap. Very disappointed. So we have had it together and played with it for a few days. It is so much fun and addictive. Really enjoying it!

smaller than expected
Although this is a wonderful product and gift idea, it is a lot smaller than I expected and it slides all over the table! IT NEEDS GRIPS ON THE LEGS FOR SURE!!!! the net around it doesn't catch the ball either. we are running everywhere to gather the balls because they bounce outside of the net area making it a very frustrating game to play and you can't reset the high score after cheaters tap the hoop buttons to rack up the score.

Not What I Expected
It didn't look big when I received it. I was very disappointed.

Not great
I gave this item 2 stars just because when I contacted the Franklin parts department, they got back to me the same day with information that was key to assembly. I had thought that one of the bags of pieces, piece L - the 3-way joints - was missing. They are actually pre-installed. And on step 5, where it looks like you need to assemble the entire top structural support, all you really do is pop parts A into the already assembled pieces (B and L). The picture of it assembled is also misleading because it looks like there are two parts that will hang off the back. This is not the reality. I saw a lot of posts about terrible installation experiences, so I figured I'd post what I found out. With that said, outside of those two things and the instructions generally not being clear at all (I had to use the picture on the box a lot), it didn't take all that long to put together.I would have given it more stars, even after some assembly struggles, though if the gameplay were decent. But the angle of the trampoline is all wrong and when you bounce the balls on them, they just hit the "50" marker in the center, no matter what angle or strength you use, and the whole thing topples over because it's too top-heavy. So, yeah, I have to agree with others, don't waste your money. My son ends up just slamming the balls into the basket without the bounce, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. And that, of course, bored him after the first time and he hasn't touched the thing since.
