It's a nice product. Only bad thing is my guinea pigs can't pull the hay out. Also, if you have a cage with the big plastic base it sets up pretty high and they can't reach it. So although nice, I'm not even using it.

The fastener doesn't fit the bars on my cage. I have a dog cage, not a rabbit cage. It's not secured on very well. I will have to find a way to rig it to make a better fit. Other than that, the feeder works fine for my rabbit. The seller was absolutely awesome in trying to rectify the situation. Definitely went above and beyond.

I took out the white grid entirely and just use it for hay. If you put the feed in the bottom section, the chinchilla just steps up into it and it ends up all over the tray. Big enough the way I use it, but the hay is all over anyway

this works well for larger animals. it keeps the pellets separated in the front tray while holding the hay in the back. there is a knob on the back to use for adjusting tension for hold the separator in place.

I like the size of this and the way it attaches to the cage, unfortunately the loose manner in which the white grid between the hay/ food slides in means my bunny just grabs it and pulls it out. Then if you are using this without the grid there’s a hole in the bottom food falls out of.

My rabbit can't seem to get to the hay very well. Great concept, just poor execution.Pro-tip. If you put the dividing piece in upside down, it doesn't go down all the way and you can almost use this as an auto-feeder where as they eat the pellets more fall down, just fill both sides with pellets.Customer service is great however. Product is 3 stars, customer service is 5.

Great size as a bird feeder. This is mostly for the Cockatiels, so they can have Millet Spray sticking out over the food, but my larger bird enjoys eating out of this too, as it is quite roomy. I may get more. Built solid, with a very good attaching screw in back.

would give it five stars but I didnt receive the seperater type attatchment that allows for pellets and hay. but its secure on the cage bunny cant move it.
