Red-Light-Therapy-Device - 45W LED Panel Deep 660nm and Near-Infrared 850nm LED Light Combo for Skin Beauty,Pain Relief of Muscles and Joints

I got this device for three reasons:(1) to help my Dad’s “dementia”,(2) to see if it could help my Mom’s macular degeneration and(3) to help my arthritis pain in my hands.It seems to help with all three. Plus, has the added benefit of improving circulation and condition of skin on my face and neck.Since people will want to know specifics on how we use it:(1) For cognitive improvement, wear goggles and put on top of head for 10 minutes (we put right onto hair) and then 5-10 minutes aimed at forehead from 6-10 inches away. We do this in the morning, because evening use woke up the brain too much and couldn’t go to sleep for hours. But in the morning allowed quicker, calmer awakening, more cheerful, sharper thinking and energy. After using for a week, became drowsy around 9pm and slept more soundly for 7-8 hours. Scientific studies on PubMed.gov document this use for improvement in Alzheimer’s due to light penetrating through the skull to the frontal lobe and reducing inflammation and improving mitochondrial function. Would be even more effective with oral intake of methylene blue, but my Dad isn’t able to do that. Everyday red light use isn’t a problem.(2) For macular degeneration, Jeffries’ paper from the UK showed using red light for 2-3 minutes in the morning (they specified treating between 8am - 9am) demonstrated significant improvement in low-light contrast vision and color perception (for people 40+ years old). They use special lasers on the eye. Being more conservative, I’ve kept my eyes closed, removed the goggles and held the light a minimum of 12 inches from my face for 2 minutes/day. It feels similar to laying on the beach in the sun. I’ve noticed light seems brighter now and I’ve been better able to drive in twilight with greater visibility now. My mom has just started trying red light now.(3) I initially tried using red light only on my arthritic hands without much success. I did some more research and better overall results are related to treating more of your skin / body with the red light, in addition to spot treating the hands. Mark Sloan recommended shining the light on chest + abdomen from 12 inches away for 10-20minutes per day, then spot treatment of hands for 10+ minutes, day. (You can see that this can get time-consuming with moving the little box of light around your body versus a larger red light panel that can treat whole body at once.). I treat abdomen in the morning, then my hands in the evening while watching TV … you can just lay the device face down on you hands resting on your legs so the light doesn’t shine in anyone’s eyes. Stopped all my arthritic pain without need for anti-inflammatories! My hope is that with the red light penetrating 3 inches into my body (all the way through my fingers) it will improve mitochondrial function to where further injury due to arthritis is reduced or stopped. Wouldn’t that be great?!

Super impressive results!!! I was skeptical but my daughter raved about it. I researched and discovered several clinically proven health benefits and no risk to my own conditions. I was curious to see if it would help make my skin’s appearance improve. Not only does it look and feel better, it healed an issue I had been dealing with since the pandemic - well over two years. This red light device is easy to use and feels well-made. The light is bright, and I’ve been using it consistently, but I’m not sure if it’s actually making a difference yet. Hoping to see results with more time!

I love this red light device.It helps give me better quality sleep. In my opinion this device gives you everything you need because you can hold it close to your face for skin benefits but also hang it for a larger body parts, like back and glutes. It’s 1ft x 1ft with a 6ft power chord. It has a toggle power switch. Brackets are mounted on the back for hanging and comes with a wire harness plus clips for hanging. It also stands on its own on a flat surface. I use it for face, hair, muscle recovery, sleep, eyes, and joints. I love it!

I love this. It's leaving me feeling relaxed and less achy. I read a review that talked about EMF emissions. So I purchased an EMF reader. When I put it up to the panel it was in the red zone. But when I placed the reader 6 inches from the panel the EMF reader went down to almost nothing. So my workaround is to place the panel about 1 foot from my face or knee or wrist. I'm excited to have red light benefits at home. I also belong to Planet Fitness and they have a red light booth for free if you are a black card member. I used it but felt overwhelmed and dehydrated so i decided to get a home panel. For the price I am excited to embark upon red light therapy!

Seems to work? Half the lights never worked when I bought and just never got around to returning it.Still use it now and again

Would like to purchase more, so can make a mini sauna. I feel it does help with pain. I even used it for and ear infection
