Came in parts but beautiful bike very satisfied

I ordered this scooter because it was beautiful and seemed to be good quality. I was not disappointed! The videos provided, helped my son with assembly. I'd say it is an all around good value.

UPDATE: I STILL CAN'T GET IT REGISTERED!!! Dmv says police need to do a vin verification first, police say the dmv needs to do their own investigation first. So basically I ride it illegally. Absolutely no paperwork comes with it. Too bad! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!The bike runs well. Came with scratches on both fenders, which is disappointing. Husband assembled it for me, says it wasn't too difficult to put together but you'll need to have your own basic understanding of mechanics because there are no instructions, just a video that is silent so you're just watching with no idea of what their talking about in the video.Then you should know that you can't just go and register & license it! You'll have to take it somewhere to get a "VIN verification" police station or pay for one somewhere else. THEN, you can take it to dmv. To get a VIN verification you will either have to tow it to that location OR go to dmv to get 3 day temp tag to drive it there. Such a pain in the a$$ to get legal. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known the hassle it would turn out to be.

the scooter is big but the handle bar did come broken but it’s okay they are working with me to get everything situated , overall nice scooter i haven’t rode it yet but it’s nice

the mechanic said that its in the tranmission

I purchased the scooter to run quick errands around the neighborhood. My son in law picked it out for me, so it was a bit more powerful than I expected. My husband and son in law were able to assemble it following the directions on YouTube. I forgot to contact the seller to get the title to license it. Once I did make contact- I got to talk to people, not a “recording “-they took care of everything for me. Each person was very helpful. They even followed up to make sure I got everything I needed. I am very excited to start using my scooter around town! It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be.

The media could not be loaded. Came damaged like issues other people had. Fighting with supplier to get me new parts so it doesn't look like it came from a scratch and dent sale. It shakeslike crazy at 45 mph and above. They tried telling me it needs a oil change that is why it is shaking. Oil has nothing to do with a tire that is not balanced or a defective rim. Then they want to tell me the bolts are not tight. It only has one bolt and it is tight. It was checked and just fine. They also want to talk about it is not aligned. It doesn't have anything to align like a car would. I see why they give you a 30 day warranty cause it doesn't even last that long. They haven't so far covered anything under any kind of warranty. The exhaust has started a small leak at 400 miles and now rattles at the back canaster.
