I’ve been taking complexed turk for the past 2 months and have gotten decent results. But once I started taking Anabolic Ape, I noticed an increase in strength on all my lifts across the board & I’ve been able to crank out a couple more reps than usual on isolation exercises, which is likely because they use creatinol-o-phosphate in their formula as well. I started seeing the effects around two weeks in, but this formula definitely feels a bit stronger than the other Turk I was taking.

I used this product for one day as directed. It gave me intestinal discomfort, headache, crawling skin, shallow breathing, chest pain, extreme fatigue, dizziness, confusion, and diarrhea. These symptoms lasted several days. This product uses an extremely concentrated form of Ashwaghanda (Ashwaghanda "extract"), and then couples it with Bioperine to increase its bio-availability exponentially. The result is extra-orbital levels of Ashwaghanda, resulting in the symptoms I experienced. Furthermore, Ashwaghanda can build up in your system, being stored in fat. If you then have intense periods of physical activity, the Ashwaghanda can be release in even greater quantities, meaning the potential for danger becomes greater the longer you take it. I am giving this product a negative review because I don't believe in its quality, and because I think it is a very dangerous item.
