I’ve been using Viviscal for a while now, and I also got my mum to try it. I was going through a really tough time with a lot of stress, and my hair was falling out like crazy. Since starting Viviscal, I’ve noticed that the hair loss hasn’t stopped completely, but it has definitely reduced compared to before, which is a relief.I was taking one tablet after breakfast and another after dinner. However, I’ve been dealing with insomnia, only getting about four hours of sleep a night. I’m pretty sure the supplement is causing this because my sleep habits are usually good, and I’m not taking anything else that could affect my sleep. This is the only new thing I’ve added to my routine. Because of this, I’m thinking of stopping the evening dose and just taking it after breakfast to see if that helps.As for my mum, she started getting these strange headaches that lasted for three days straight. Nothing seemed to help, so I asked her to stop taking Viviscal after I found out that other customers had mentioned headaches as a side effect. These are working for me. Have used other cheaper ones but they have never had an affect, I can see these are making a difference to my hair. Expensive but worth the price.They are not big so easy to take and unless you hold in you mouth no taste.
