The rivets included suck. But the seal fit perfect in my 2010 challenger

Fitted perfectly and easy to do.However, its a good thing that they provide two extra plastic rivets, given that two failed to be gripped by a professional-grade rivet gun.The part itself seems to be good quality and works perfectly.

The strip was perfect, great quality and no kinks. Came gently rolled in pkg. Rivets flimsy and pull out easily, if they pop at all. Please don't bother. I got this harbor freight poly rivet gun $18 and comes with about 20 rivets of the appropriate size, but the arrowhead end is slightly too widely flared to pop through the piece and receiving hole. I filed them down slightly because I am "resourceful " (substitute "cheap") and had them already, and about 30% failed to pop due to the filing but enough left to complete .Definitely a stronger rivet then the included ones. Tip: feed the rivet by.hand through the piece, then gently push through the receiving hole, then pop.

The media could not be loaded.  Like many Challenger owners the hood seal fails due to dry rot. Thought I’d try this, reviews got me this time. It doesn’t fit well in the two areas (see my images) above the headlights. Does not live up to the 4-5 star reviews. One rivet failed leaving me the exact amount needed. The Pittsburg rivet gun I purchased came with extra but I didn’t need them. Not that happy about the large gaps and unsure what my next step is.Removing the OEM was super easy. I used a small finishing nail and used the head (not point) to drive the rivet post back inwards allowing the rivet to come out easily. No drilling at all or need for the rivet tool. Might see if I can return this since its a horrible fit.

Not kinked or bent in the package. Needed to be unrolled and allowed to straighten over night. Fits perfectly. Rivets appear to be near OEM. Minor inconvenience that they're in two pieces, but was really not an issue.

Keep shopping. Does not fit as well as expected for my car, and the plastic rivets are awful.

Product was as described. I took the advice of others and let it hang with a small weight for 2 days. It worked well to take away the bending from the packaging. Biggest pain of the project is removing the OEM rivets. It looks great on my Dodge Challenger

The seal itself is very good. The included fasteners are a bit sketchy. They do not work properly in a river gun, but with a little patience you can get them to lock down securely.
