I bought these for my 75 year old mom with Alzheimer’s. She complains of “issues” in that area. I’ve taken her many times to be tested for uti, bladder and yeast infections and they were always negative.At a loss for what to do I went to Amazon and started searching.I am a huge fan of d mannose so when I found this item I thought we would give it a try. Within a couple of days she was no longer talking about it.A few weeks later I asked her about it and she said it was all better and I fixed her again lol.I give her two pills daily as per directions.

I won’t be buying this brand again as the capsules are rough & have a hard ridge in the middle of the capsule. I will open the rest of them & sprinkle the contents in a yogurt. I would not recommend these to anyone with even the slightest swallowing issues.

Used for over active bladder. This is the first time in my life that I don’t have to find a bathroom every 30 minutes. Tried prescription meds that didn’t work as well and had a lot of side effects. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for finding this product!
