I can’t begin to recommend this tool enough. I bought this to break down cardboard since my community does not offer recycling. This made quick work of all the cardboard I had in my shed, including some that were much thicker. I’ve also used it to cut through felt wall tiles and it had no issues at all. It charges quickly and holds a charge for quite a while. I used it for several hours and it didn’t lose power at all during this time.

I absolutely love this product. We get so many Amazon and other deliveries sent to us now after Covid. I used to have to tear down the boxes with a hand blade. This makes the process effortless and easy.I would give it 5 stars but have to drop it to 4 because it stopped working after 3 months. I was trying to tear down a thicker cardboard box from a TV purchase. The blade had problems with the thicker box. The blade kept slowing down. I thought it needed to be recharged so I did that. After I took it off the charger, the tool is now dead. It doesn't start, charge or anything. I know have to trash it.That being said, I loved it so much for my delivery boxes that I am buying it again for that. It is a huge huge huge timesaver if you get a lot of deliveries and need to break down the shipping boxes to go into your recycling trash can.

These worked a charm! I was hesitant to buy after seeing an Amazon ad video. But I risked it. I had several boxes I needed to collapse to fit in my recycle bin. These were so easy to use and I was able to fit more in my bin having cut them into smaller pieces. They worked really well on a thick furniture box as well. I’m grateful I bought them and have already used them five other times. So handy to have!

Now that i'm fifty years old and i'm retired.Kickboxer, my hands definitely took a beating in the past. I never thought of my age that it would be hard for me to tear up cardboard. Especially because my wife has an addiction to buying things off amazon, so we always have a ton of boxes.This tool works amazingly and is definitely helpful for people that are getting older.It would take me hours to tear up boxes.But now that I have this sole, it takes me a few minutes to tear down my wife's weekly haul.

First Order: After 5 solid uses, it refused to turn on. Made sure there wasn't anything stuck in a gear or the motor. Nothing. It just refused to operate anymore.Contacted customer service, and they were friendly enough. Some communication issues. A replacement cutter was sent.After Customer Service: It seems to be operating alright; we use it about twice a month to help shred cardboard for recycling days. On normal cardboard or a fold with a little bit of force it goes through just fine. But if the cardboard is stiff you need quite a bit of force to get it through, or to break the structure of the cardboard first.1 Month Later: Cutter is still operational. Customer service won't stop contacting me to completely remove the "negative review". No, it's not 5-star, but I had to get a replacement, and the communication issues with requesting the replacement were aggravating.
