Better than All-Clad. Heats evenly. Perfect for stir-fries, omelets, and more. Love the silicon handles. Very easy cleanup, if you cook with medium heat and wash in warm soapy water. Somewhat heavy, but better than many others. The 12 inch seems even larger because of its sloping sides. Sale price was amazing for this quality. Use silicon tools.

I have only had the pans for a short period of time. These pans are well made. They do take longer to heat up and for the food to cook due to the thickness and the recommended heat (medium)used.

We already use the Misen 10" and 12" fry pans, and we LOVE them! The non-stick surface has an ever-so-slightly rough texture, which releases food with ease. The handles NEVER get hot on our induction stove, so a handle cover is unnecessary. And, they do NOT warp when heated! In addition, they work on gas, electric and induction stoves.The heat spreads well across the entire cooking surface, which is larger than most 8" pans offer. That's because of Misen's extended flat cooking surface with somewhat more upright walls. I must admit, though, that they take a bit longer to preheat, compared to Misen's stainless steel fry pans, which we also own. But it's not so long as to be a real issue, IMHO.Misen claims these will last considerably longer than other non-stick pans - even ones from respected big-name brands. The non-stick surface is quite different from the others, so I tend to believe Misen's claim. We never set the burner higher than medium with non-stick pans. And that's in keeping with Misen's advice to lengthen the pan's useful life. BTW, medium heat is plenty to heat these pans for most any cooking you might do.Ignore the TV ads for other non-sticks telling you that you can even use metal utensils. No matter what non-stick you buy, even Misen, don't use anything but wooden, silicone or nylon utensils. And, don't put them in the dishwasher, which exposes them to harsh detergents. They clean up in the sink so easily, so why would you want to? Even the outside of the pans is non-stick for easy cleaning (except for the bottom, of course)!If you're buying a Misen pan as a gift for someone in your household, be aware they arrive in a box that clearly shows what's inside. But, I think Amazon may offer discreet packaging for gifts during checkout.

100% Perfect, used daily for delicous meals

Needed to replace our old set of pots and pans and saw these CNN Underscored article. Got the set and we love them. First, the bottoms are heavy so you get very good heat distribution. Second, the non-stick is excellent, third, the lips have a silicone lip which lets steam escape and fry pan and saucier pan use the same lid. Have had them for 6 months so far and am extremely pleased with the performance.

I bought this set because we purchased an induction range and had to replace our old cookware. I love the feel of these and the evenness that they distribute the heat. The rubber seal for the lids is wonderful, it makes steaming much quicker. They are easy to keep clean and look great.

That the finish has not Scratched or come off in the year that we have had the pan we bought a pan that coasted us 350.00 and it did not make the year so love the pan

Works very well

Over the years I have purchased from Misen several kitchen items; 2 knives, a stainless steel frying pan, plus 8" and 2x 12" nonstick pans. All great items. I paid $100.40 CND here on Amazon for the 12" pan in the summer of 2022, I can't understand why it is priced so high because while I write this I can get all 3 from the MIsen website for $116 USD — Here all 3 pans are well over $486 CND. I suspect a middle man is being way too generous unto themselves.
