I have purchased other chairs off Amazon before and I have been disappointed as they just don’t last. So I was skeptical about purchasing another one. I gave this company a go and ordered this chair. I was surprised at how easy the assembly went as everything is provided. The wheels are a durable rubble that hold up to the constant use. The lower lumbar support is comfortable but I wish they added a way to secure it to the chair like the headrest. The back reclines and it doesn’t feel awkward. The main seat feels like it’s a mix of springs and foam, but it’s the just the right amount of firmness and comfort I look for and is not uncomfortable. The armrests are just the right height (ignore the scratches on mine. It from my dog) and are surprisingly durable. I have this chair for over a year and I’m content with it and would purchase another one if had to in the future.

Been using this chair for 3 months now.Overall, I do like the chair. I wish they sold these with a taller cylinder as I've got long legs. Was easy enough to buy a new one and swap them out.Assembly wasn't too big a chore. The instructions could be a lot clearer, but we figured them out.Comfort-wise it's decent. Long gaming sessions do tend to still get a bit uncomfortable, but if I take breaks, it's not bad.Some of the screws or their holes seem to be a bit loose.The arms seem to need tightening after awhile or they start to wobble a bit.Would I buy this brand again?Depends on how long the chair lasts me.My previous chair(different brand) barely lasted 2 years before the cylinder broke as well as the arms.

Purchased this chair in October. After a few days ofUse, it started getting loose. And loosing its stiffness. ( yes I put it together correctly lol)Slowly but surely got worse. Was only able to use for about maybe 3 weeks.2 months later. Just fell apart.To bad I can’t get my money back.

Nice and comfortable

Wasn't too hard to assemble. Directions weren't the clearest but easy to figure out either way. The one problem I had was that it was missing the strap to connect the lumbar support pillow to the actual chair. So now I just have a loose pillow for lumbar support. Per the instructions and the images the lumbar pillow straps suspend it in place which wasn't included in my shipment. Small nuisance but I'm disappointed its missing that pillow strap. When plugged in it vibrates a bit which you can feel when sitting down. The USB cable is kinda awkward since its about 6ft in length and comes out from the chair. As long as you remember to unplug it so it doesn't snag. Aside from the missing item its a comfortable chair with good support and pretty lightweight so it's easy to move around.

I bought this and started putting it together, but when trying the cushions for the back and what you sit on, as well as the cushion for your head and back, everything was just too hard for me. I was looking for a chair where I could sit for long periods of time and be comfortable. The chair looks great and it’s well-made, but I returned it because it’s not comfortable at all. Just a bit too hard for me.

Chair functions how it should, but man its a long assembly process lol Comfortable & wide enough. solid for the price.

The box was missing all the parts under the seat. The parts that did come were just thrown in the box. I have no idea what else is missing. There were no instructions or shipping manifest. The seat itself looked very shoddy and perhaps already used. I tried to contact support and have heard nothing back. What a waste of 165$. Not worth it. Buyer beware..
