Q: My brakes have worn down , how do I get Knee roller brake pads?

Q: How do you rent a knee rovers

A medical supply company would rent simlar products around 25-45 dollars a week. That's why I purchased my own and resold it when I was finished with it. I broke even!

Q: What will happen if it holds over the weight capacity?

This is a very lightweight scooter designed for easy transport. It can easily be lifted into a car hatch or transfer to passenger side from the driver’s side. I would not go over the weight capacity. The scooter can tip easily if you aren’t careful.

Q: I’ve been loving this scooter for 2 weeks. now i’m having bad pain in my shin under my cast. anyone else? fixes?

I'm not in a cast after extensive foot surgery but use the scooter all day long. I've noticed - whenever I go out and put my foot in a calf high boot for protection- that it irritates my shin more than being on it with just the leg. It is solely based on the fact that your leg weight is pushing on the cast/boot and that pushes into the seat, so can't avoid it. Maybe try a thick towel strapped to the seat held in place with a large rubber band and see if that cushions it more. I'm still doing that with my other scooter I use only outside and that has a flat seat but it helps. Have a picture in my scooter "Knee Rover Go" review.
