Excellent customer service!
We love this set of glass containers with bamboo lids. We had a slight problem with 2 of the lids and the company replaced them immediately. Very communicative!

Plastic free storage.
Very good container. Lids intrude into container a good bit so need large enough for what you are storing. One of my lidsOn a small container is warped and does not stay closed tightly but I really like these containers

Find something else - 2 have broken in less than 5 months, 1 more cracked
I purchased these to replace our plastic food prep containers. My husband and I both take our lunch to work most days during the week. I liked that there was not a fully plastic lid like so many other options have. I purchased two sets (6 total) of these on September 24, 2023, and I am down to 3. 2 of them have completely shattered and 1 (the picture above) has a large chip now. We both work in offices and our lunch boxes with the containers make the trip from home to work and then back home. We aren't throwing these around, it's not as if my kids are taking them to school. I originally thought the first one shattering was a fluke but then the second one shattered and now there is the chip in the third piece. We washed the containers in the dishwasher following the instructions, we clean the lids each day by hand and we have never used them in the microwave. 2 of the lids are showing cracks and starting to separate and one other lid ended up moldy when it was drying and had to be thrown out.Go spend your money somewhere else and purchase containers that won't shatter within months.

Plastic-free but room for improvement!
These are my go to food storage containers and purchased as a housewarming gift to self. I've been using them for a little over two years now! Initially I used one container to see how these hold up. I would not recommend these for liquids as the lid easily pops off and the seal is not watertight. As a matter of fact, I recommend keeping the container upright and level at all times when in use. Using something like a bento band may help. You will have to underfill the container as the lid takes up some of the space inside. This is a bit frustrating when cooking in bulk or if you have a healthy appetite as portions might be smaller than desired. The bamboo lid requires a bit of extra care. Do not leave submerged in liquid for long periods as it may warp and not sit securely on the container afterward. Usually wiping the inside clean (or any other soiled area) and quickly drying is enough. I wouldn't put the lids in the dishwasher. I do not microwave the lids either for concerns about warping.I love that these exist, and are plastic-free but they do require a bit more upkeep! Overall they get the job done. Two years in they are going strong!Pros: Sturdy materials, Microwave Safe, Plastic free, Simple designCons: Not water-tight, Flimsy seal, Clean-up difficult

Perfect convenience
These are perfect for meal prep in that I can prepare, freeze, store, cook, and eat out of these containers while saving time and energy. I rarely use a microwave and these can be used to reheat meals in the oven or any air fryer setting. The lids are flat so I can stack easily in the refrigerator. The lids also work as a protective insulator when placed under the glass dish after heating. This size is perfect for single meal planning - big enough for a large variety of meals - so I came back for two more sets. I also purchased one size larger for making casseroles, etc. Great buy.

Sturdy + Stylish Eco-friendly Containers
The media could not be loaded. The plan to switch over to glass containers from plastic has been on my to do list for years, so I was so excited to find this eco-friendly alternative. I purposefully grabbed these to replace my plastic lunch containers. Not only do they have compartments to separate my lunch, but I didn’t have to sacrifice settling for a plastic “BPA” lid, because this brand has bamboo lids! I chose Urban Green because their competitors had issues with liquids spilling over into the compartment next to it. I’m hopeful this one will stand the test, since the lids are indented and offer a snug fit over the glass. All three pieces appear to have thick glass and well made. I can’t wait to use them!

Lids warp
The lids warped and curve so that they no longer sit flat on the glass. I took a chance and bought these acacia lids since they were new and the usual bamboo lid ones had reviews saying they warped. Unfortunately in my case, they still warped. The silicone rings are ok in terms of keeping it more air-tight, however, I usually have to take them off to wash it otherwise I believe the moisture will be trapped within the lid which would presumably lead to mold. It is a little extra work to wash, so I use them without the rings for the majority of the time. The lid sits inside the container, so there is some loss of container space compared to others that sit above or level with the container. If you try to stuff the container to the brim, the container will not be shut properly. No mold yet. Glass cleans well, though seems a bit thin compared to my old glass containers. No glass breakage yet. I still prefer to use these containers over my plastic lid containers when appropriate, despite problems with the lid. I hope for a better-engineered wood lid/glass container combo or some other natural material lid combo.

Looking to remove plastic - try these
Given the glut of plastic in our world - and our food/water supplies - I've been doing my best to remove plastic from my consumption whenever possible. These are perfect! And they look really good in the refrigerator, so bonus! The glass is sturdy, the bamboo lids are attractive (but do need to be hand washed), and I'm very pleased with the purchase.
