When dimming the light flickers and it (the switch and the fixture) buzzes continuously. I'm returning it and I'm going to try a different dimmable switch. I do not feel safe having this installed.

When the first one went, I thought I had a dud. Considered buying a replacement, I kind of like the slider style. Before I could even commit to replacing the switch the second one, in a different bedroom on a different circuit, also died…within a week of the first. I guess there’s a lesson in consistency here, but come on.And yes, I’ve since replaced them with some Leviton standard switches I had laying around so I can confirm it’s the dimmer that went bad.
