What can one say this is good salmon for a good price,Sustainably Wild-Caught, Non-GMO

SO GOOD. I eat it direct from can. It has such a good flavor and texture. I love salmon, but some brands I have to do something with it to make it appetizing (ie salmon patties). But this? nah, I want it as original in form from the can as possible. I love love love it. I also happen to be long time fan of Wild Planet products-- all of them. I buy sardines, and their tuna, and tuna ready to eat meals.. whatever they have I eat it. The salmon though.. it was an impulse purchase. I already have a slew of salmon in my pantry. But I hadnt yet had Wild Planet wild salmon, and OMG I am in love.When I open the can, I note that it has some liquid on top. After I dump it out and separate out the pieces, there really isnt much liquid at all. There may not look like there is much meat in the can, but that is because the pieces are well clumped together. Once I break them apart, the volume expands.Flavor is not fishy. More chicken-esque but not a canned flavor exactly. Fresh tasting all considered. I really like it over a lot of the big can brands. I just love this one so much that I am making myself crave it as I write this review. Will be what I am having for breakfast!!Salty but not too salty. I love having it alongside a bunch of steamed broccoli. I dont add anything to the broccoli and instead use the salmon as the flavoring, for that hint of salty.

Quality of this brand is very high. everything is high quality. fish is fresh. texture is awesome. no much water inside .smell is good. size is fair. cans are without any dent in it.Only concern that is a little bit expensive than another brand.

These cans are 3.75 ounces, and the ones in the grocery store are 5 ounces. But the smaller ones to have some skin and bones which I personally think makes it tastier. To feel satisfied, I ate 2 cans. Just one star deducted because of the can size, although I blame myself for not paying attention in the first place.

It's not easy to find a real good quality canned salmon, but this one by Wild Planet is excellent! Now that I've tried it, I won't be looking for any other. This is my go-to for sure! Great quality that I highly recommend!

Hello.This salmon is delicious & nutritious.It is pricey;But your health is worth it.It is salmon packed only in water with sea salt;Nothing else.This version includes skin & bones-Highly nutritious.This pink salmon is thick.The size of the can is smaller than thetypical salmon cans.Thank you to Wild Planet for making these salmon with skin & bones wild caught in Alaska available.

I like the taste. The can is a smaller size, which I like, because it is just enough for one serving. I like the little bones in it. It seems very high quality.

I was disappointed in my second order of this salmon. While the can stipulates it's boneless and skinless, there were bones in the salmon. It was disconcerting to crunch down on the bones.
