I bought this for a 95 year old lady who had a stroke and needs to strengthen her legs so we can keep her at home. Works great for her. Velcro petals help hold her feet in. The constant motion keeps her awake for the 30 minutes. It’s quiet. So easy to put together. Very good price. Highly recommend.

Does what I need.I wish there was some way to increase resistance but it's not absolutely necessary.The motorized aspect of it is a game changer.Really helps me focus at work and breaks up the monotony of the day.However while it is "quiet" it's not noiseless. I wouldn't recommend using this in an office environment where you have cubicles or others working around you. There's an electrical hum as you pedal (whether you're using the motorized function or not) and changing the speeds or turning on the motorized function produces a loud beep.Overall it's a great product if you work from home or if you're wanting to use it in your home for whatever other reason.

I'm recovering from knee surgery. Surgery came with a much larger bicycle exerciser, but only for 3 weeks. I knew I needed more and found the bicycle exerciser very beneficial. This little unit doesn't take up 6' of room but it's not quite as robust as the large unit. I find the range of pedal pretty good. Many of the other units didn't really look like they would work my knee at all. Occasionally the unit powers off on its own. Easy enough to turn back on.

My wife loves this thing! She just has had knee surgery and it’s helped so much in strengthening her knee and loosening it up.👍

I bought this for my 93 year old grandmother who can't be as active as she once was. She can pedal it on her own but does prefer to use it when it pedals for her. She's trying to build up leg strength and endurance so she only uses it a couple minutes at a time. It's definitely a good work out for her and she's noticed a difference in how strong her legs feel when standing. I'm very happy we decided to give this a try. The only downside is it's to heavy for her to get it out and use it on her own she has to wait for me to come get it for her. But definitely worth getting if you have elderly family or friends who want to exercise their legs and/or arms.

Best standalone portable recumbent bike Available.I have owned a few of these standalone recumbent bikes as well as a full-size recumbent exercise bike. This portable unit, bike exceeds all expectations I had after owning several other brands. This unit is very heavy duty. Has adjustable Tensioning for a strenuous workout if needed But can be left on a much lower tension level for ease Of pedaling even for weaker individuals. This unit is a little heavier since it’s so heavy duty but does have a convenient handle that is built into the unit. The unit is all one piece Heavy duty molded plastic. That pedals smoothly And it’s very mechanically sound. I would absolutely buy this unit again in fact I am buying one for my 90 year old friend to use in front of her couch.
