So simple, an elegant solution to an annoying problem. Don't hesitate, buy!
This is a simple, easy, and cost-effective solution to an annoying problem. I toss and turn in my sleep an often awoke to my CPAP air hose underneath me or some other awkward uncomfortable position. I don't know how I was sleeping without the CPAP hose holder/hangar. It is simply a clip with a velcro thin strap. You clip the holder to a pillow or similar object out of the way and then loop the velcro strap around your hose. The thin light strap is long enough to fit any size hose. Fit the strap very loosely around the hose, so you can adjust the hose length that the proximity away from your head and body is optimal - basically move the slack away from you.The product works great, I sleep better not having the hose in the way, love the CPAP hose holder/hangar. Such a simple cost effective solution - LOVE products like this.

Great price and quality product.
They worked really well by clamping onto the sheet and supporting most of the weight from my CPAP hose.I am updating my review.I have been using these CPAP clamps now for just over a year. I will give another five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can not say how much I like them and how well they work for me. A lot of people talk bad about them. But hey it may not meet the needs of certain individuals. But for the price and ease of use, they are great and work wonderfully. So if you are interested, do your home work and read the positive reviews, it’s that simple.Happy Shopping.

Great Idea for CPAP Users
This is definitely a great idea. The company included some samples of CPAP cleaning products. That was cool. The only reason for 4 stars was the cost. I can buy the items to make it on Amazon and it only cost .46 each. Of course I would end up with 25 of so there's that. But overall its a good product. It does work. Since I have a hose that's in the front of my mask, I clip it to my shirt at night and it holds the hose in place. If your hose is on the top of your head you could clip it to the sheets or pillowcase.

Wish I would have bought one sooner
It seems to be really well made. The blue fabric is reinforced with some kind of vinyl material. All of the parts seem to be sturdy. I was afraid the loop would make noise rubbing on my hose at night, but when it does, it’s a pretty muted sound. Doesn’t wake me up or anything. I wish I would have bought one of these when I first got my CPAP. It’s so much nicer to not have to struggle with the hose all night now that I have the clip. And it’s a 3-pack. Great deal!

It needs to have more sticking power and clip needs to be larger.
The Velcro does not stick very well. It needs to be adjusted frequently. Sometimes the clip pops off and it needs to be larger because then maybe it would not pop off so often. Also, you need to be careful because the clip could damage your linens. We use sheets that are knit tee shirt type material which is pliable so that probably helps to protect the linens from damage. When the clip doesn't pop off it is helpful. I clip it onto the top edge of my pillow case but it needs to be adjusted every day to work well. I would suggest using two or three next to each other and maybe it will stay put longer.

No longer playing tug-o-war with my CPAP
A big issue with my CPAP hose was that its weight over the side of the bed pulled on my mask. I tried just tucking the hose under a layer of blankets, but it usually slipped out especially during warmer months with fewer blankets. I didn’t really want a hose hanger over my bed, so I tried these. They work great! And I’m sleeping better now as a result. I don’t wake up with the hose pulling on my mask now that I have it secured to the sheet in two places. The badge clips grab and hold securely, and the Velcro is strong and can tighten around the hose if you slip the tail of the Velcro through the slot first.

Why can't they CPAP companies provide these when they ship ...
Why can't they CPAP companies provide these when they ship out a new hose assembly....They are a must have (at least for me) as my biggiest issue was that the hose would put pressure hanging from the side of my bed and in turn would cause leaks on my nasal pillow assembly. This these I can have it attached to my bed sheets and take the strain off my headgear. It came with 3 clips so if you needed to add an additional you can do that. Thanks for thinking of this as it has helped me adjust to my CPAP easier....(At time of writing this review I have had my CPAP for 1 month now)

Must-have for CPAP users
I was having trouble keeping my nasal pillows secured to my nose while sleeping and these have helped greatly. I use 1 strap to clip the hose to my bedsheet and 2 straps to clip to my shirt on my chest. I can pretty easily roll from side to back to other side without fuss. I also have some range of motion for my neck w/out pulling off my nose. You'll want to loop the strap through the hole in itself for a tight grip on the hose. Overall, highly recommended and should come standard with CPAP machines.

Adaptable product
This is a good product and adaptable to different uses too. Not only your apnea pipes but I use it to keep my phone charger wires pinned to the bed so they don’t fall on the floor or get tangled. Who knew?

If you are a CPAP user this is a must to have. My nightmare of pulling the hose during my sleep and destroying the CPAP is gone which adds additional comfort to my sleep :)

Item works well
A handy little device that keeps the hose in a good sleeping position taking the weight stopping the mask being pulled from the face.
