My husband was elated after using this sluce while filtering his paydirt. He caught more gold with this sluce than any other to date. I’m so thankful and glad this out a smile on his face and a pep in his step.

It's a cute little piece of equipment, with that said, it works incredibly well. I ran all my con tails through the rough divety carpet that it shipped with and it recovered almost all of the gold I had missed panning, lots of flour gold for my area. I did a clean up, put the V matting in, which is a pain on the butt to get in, but not impossible, and ran them again. The V matting is awesome, it cleans up everything the other mat missed. Ran it a third time and found nothing. It does its job very well between the two mats and it has a pressure adjuster on the center of the hose line. Hose is adequate length for a tub set up and the pump works very well and after 2 hours hadn't overheated or failed, which is surprisingly great because I expected I'd have to buy a 500 gph pump which would have been overkill for sure. Recommended for at home sluicing for hobby purposes.

Purchased this as a gift. The recipient really likes it. It hasn’t seen consistent, heavy use, but thus far is holding up well and functions as it should to separate gold from fine materials. Happy I bought it.

it works well for indoors after you have already gone through the dirt/sand, in case you missed some gold...

This isn't worth the money 2 small and the Matt doesn't have deep enough ripples in it

There were no instructions with it so, as a beginner, I had trouble knowing the correct water flow and angle (still am having trouble!). Otherwise, it’s a nice little sluice I can use while watching a movie with the fam.
