I had a Lenovo bag before and it served the purpose, but was a 15" grey bag. This 17" one is a much different material, more like backpack canvas. The liner is a silky satiny emerald or forest green in the main compartment and outside pocket.The main compartment is divided into two spaces and there are no inside pockets.The outside compartment has pockets for smaller items such as mouse, cable, business cards, and should be roomy enough to hold the basics like mouse pad and hub.The shoulder strap has plastic parts but should do the job. Replacement straps are available that may suit a person's particular needs.My Chromebook is a 15.6" Lenovo but wanted a slightly bigger bag to hold some other items.My notebook is on the table most of the time but wanted a "bug out" bag in case I have to move my items in a hurry, such as fire. This one appears to have the capacity to carry a 10" tablet and Bluetooth keyboard each in their respective cases, as well as the Chromebook and its power supply.Amazon has a broad supply of carry bags to choose from, and it was tempting to choose something with a beautiful design, but decided to simplify the decision by buying basic black. The interior padding like material will definitely protect your laptop and other forms of electronic equipment of similar components. There’s enough room to fit some documents and cords for the electronic product that you are carrying. The shoulder strap will make it easy to transport your equipment. The neutral design can be a great disguise if your electronic product is one of the pricier type. The material used in this makes it very durable. All the benefits this provides and for a great price, you will definitely know it is a great find.

Great bag, fits more than you would think. I have my charger, earbuds in the pocket on front and in the big pocket I have put two thick notebooks and my surface pro with a keyboard set and mouse. :) great value for the price.

First of all, before buying this bag I bought a Timbuktu bag for my laptop. For anyone who know about Timbuktu bags they are not cheap! Of course because they are made strong and durable. Then, I saw this bag. Way cheaper than the bag I already had for my laptop but you know, once I started using this Lenovo bag I never did go back to its more expensive counterpart. Why? Well because unlike the Timbuktu this is a top loader and has very easy access to things. The other bag is also a top loader but has a flap that needs to be folded away in order to reach for the items. Also, and by the way this is just my pet peeve to bags lol. When I carry the Timbuktu like a briefcase, the weight of the bag contents are not evenly balanced. The Lonovo bag has its handles on the top two sides and makes carrying around comfortable. Of course the Timbuktu has all these pockets and slots for organizing and the Lenovo does lack those features. Plus the Lenovo doesn’t repel rain but I still am using even if it’s raining out and my MacBook Air and phone and chargers are all dry. It’s a good laptop bag. It’s not the best but it could be once you get used to it. Thanks for your time!

Good bag, I've been putting my laptop, some paper and a couple books in it. Holds my charger and mouse too, nice bag for the price.

Lightweight very comfortable on the shoulder. I would recommend this computer bag. It is functional and protective and easily wipes clean.
