This is our second year buying this kit! My step kids told my wife that she's no longer allowed to cook the turkey. After using the brine and seasoning I spatchcocked the turkey and smoked it. It was juicy and delicious!

I had 9 turkeys to get done in about a week for several different occasions and the cold water brine kit was the way to go. Just follow the easy instructions and you will have zero issues. The flavor and the moisture we unbelievable and the remarks from the parties I cooked for for were great. Definitely gonna be my go to brine and rub from now on.

The freshness seal on one of the rubs was already opened so not sure if it’s safe and definitely not fresh. The brine was hard as a rock and needed to be broken up. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Freshness and quality are a major concern especially for the price.
