I don't have a microwave to test it, but why would you want to microwave paper? In any event, perhaps not. Would it dry out and eventually catch fire?

We only use it for basic printing but colour printing is not an issue

Is this paper acid-free?

Good question. I have checked the box and it states ‘ paper from responsible sources’ so I can only assume that it’s not acid based.
