Trouble free painting
I’ve been using FrogTape Green for years and wouldn’t use anything else when painting. It gives you perfect, straight lines and, unlike normal masking tape, doesn’t let paint leak underneath. It makes painting so much simpler and gives a really professional finish every time. I’ve used it on all sorts of household surfaces and it has always worked brilliantly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants clean, crisp paint lines without the hassle!

Best Tape for Clean, Sharp Paint Lines!**
I recently picked up the Frog Tape Green Multi Surface Painters Masking Tape for a painting project at home, and I’m so glad I did. I had to repaint a few rooms and was really focused on getting those clean, sharp lines between the walls and ceiling, and this tape delivered perfectly. The biggest selling point for me was that it doesn’t leave any sticky residue behind when you peel it off, and it really lived up to that promise. I’ve used other tapes in the past that either tear the paint when I pull them off or leave a tacky layer that I have to scrub off, which is such a pain. Frog Tape left absolutely no marks or residue – just clean, crisp lines every time. Another thing I appreciated was how easy it was to apply. The tape sticks well to various surfaces (I used it on both drywall and trim), and it stayed put until I was ready to remove it. Even after a couple of days of being in place while I took my time with painting, it peeled off without any issues. No paint bleed either, which was a huge relief since I was working with bold colors and didn’t want any smudges. Overall, this tape made my DIY painting project so much easier and less stressful. If you’re looking for a reliable tape that doesn’t leave marks or residue and gives you those perfect lines, Frog Tape is worth every penny. I’ll definitely be using this for all my future painting projects! **Pros:** - No sticky residue or marks when removed - Sharp, clean paint lines - Easy to apply and remove - No paint bleed - Works well on multiple surfaces **Cons:** - Honestly, none! It worked exactly as advertised. **Final Verdict:** Highly recommended for anyone tackling a paint job. It saved me time and effort, and the results were fantastic!

No need to buy any other brand when there's Frog here.
I have used and continue to use Frog tape and for me it's the best masking tape there is available (and I've tried many brands). I have used and keep the Orange, Green, and Yellow, and they are all superb. I paid £4.07 for this tape including delivery to a drop-off parcel shop and that's a bargain. Also, it does not come with the familiar plastic casette but that's fine as I simply used the one from my expired tape. A bonus is that this tape is 25% longer than than the usual lengths. I am a very happy buyer of the brand and their product, and delivery was very swift.

Still love it and really recommend
Love this... BUT! I have tried to learn Cutting in and watched lots of videos on You tube. Even bought an angled paint brush and still the paint goes up on the ceiling. There really is a art to this cutting in! Anyway, so I used cheap masking tape which took off half the plaster. Then I found this. For novices like me it has been a lifesaver. I put it on the ceiling and anywhere I need to use it and can paint edges quite fast. However, I do take the tape off quite quickly afterwards and don't leave it on too long. Once it took off a tiny piece of plaster but it's the first time that has happened to me. Mostly the lines are quite sharp. Occasionally it seems through in a couple of areas. I am unsure if that is due to me not sticking it down firmly enough but it is still such a better job that I could ever achieve with a free hand at painting. I always use it now - no hesitation. There appears to be a yellow version that is for more delicate painting when I tried to buy it very few people appear to sell it on here so I have just stuck to this one, it's good enough.

Straight lines every time!
It seems as though wall paper is no longer the staple wall covering and has been overtaken by painting feature walls. In the ongoing decorating cycle I seem to be stuck in - my living room is on its 3rd iteration in six years??? - being able to conjure up straight lines where white paint meets coloured paint is essential. I've used frog tape to good effect before so picked up a roll of this. The Good - Firstly, it's green, or yellow if you bought the yellow tape, this means in a sea of tools, sheets and beige, it really stands out. It's handy. It's easy to apply, just the right amount of tension to ensure you are putting a straight line in without tearing it until you want to. In the past when using general masking tape I have often tore it during application, not so with this. As long as you remember to remove it shortly after painting it really will leave a perfectly fantastic border line. I found once when I left it on for a couple of hours it took a lot of paint off with it on removal. Don't be like me. Take it off early. It does come off easily when pulled, try to pull in short amounts rather than ending up with 6ft dangling on the floor at a time, this also helps to increase the effectiveness and reduce unwanted paint removal I have found. I don't seem to ever get any seepage from this so it gives me confidence to just hurl the paint on, meaning I can go a fair bit faster round a room. There isn't anything bad to say about this product, it is a premium product versus standard beige masking tape you can pick up anywhere, but you really do get a premium finish for your money. A decorating essential. Highly recommended. Five Stars.

Works perfectly. Everything a masking tape should be.
Frog Tape Green Multi Surface Painters Masking Tape Just the right width. I used it for masking trunking/ electrical fixtures and also walls that aren't to be painted. Sticks on well and peels off without problem. No residue. Didn't have any bleeding. Comes off the roll easily unlike the cheap tape brand I tried before. Frog Tape is so useful I wish had bought more rolls!

I'm converted. Worth paying the extra for! (Don't use on emulsioned surfaces though!)
I ran out of masking tape while decorating and with no time to get the shop, I needed next day/prime delivery. I was reluctant to buy cheap masking tape without seeing it so chose the more expensive option based on fairly good reviews. I'm pleased I did! I used this to protect my amtico floor while glossing skirting boards. (Please note that the product states this is meant to be used for EMULSION paint and can have unpredictable results if used with gloss - but i was prepared to take the risk.) I got a nice neat edge and no paint seemed to seep through. Much better than the masking tape I used the night before! I will be using this to protect the newly glossed skirting and get a straight edge when emulsioning the walls. In fact I will, from now on, only ever use this when I come to decorate anything. Comes in a plastic tub, which at first I thought was unnecessary packaging, but actually it's good for when I stored it away with the decorating kit and I'm sure it'll keep the tape from drying out. I think the green tape is brilliant and wortb paying the extra for (over cheap masking tape) anyway. Update: having bought (and reviewed) the green multisurface variety, I ordered the yellow tape for newly painted surfaces. Oh dear. I would never advise anyone to use it on emulsioned walls or ceilings. I was painting a wall so used this on the adjacent wall that had been painted for 3 days and the ceiling that had been painted 10 years. The tape was on for under an hour. It took off lots of the paint when I removed it. I could touch up the newly painted adjacent wall because I still had that paint, but try matching paint to a white ceiling that has aged 10 years!! I can not face doing the entire ceiling so will have to live with new whiter patches, so that's a big disappointment. I did get a really straight edge though. So maybe it's best to use this on edges but then accept you might need to touch up just In from the edge when you peel off the tape. It's possible that it's ok if your room is very warm - mine was quite cold. Id read the hairdryer tip but didn't think it would be necessary in less than an hour.

Saves so much time on touch-ups!
While this is more expensive than standard tan masking tape, it’s actually cheaper in the long run because you don't spend hours fixing 'bleed' marks. The 36mm width is perfect for protecting wider frames and corners. It sticks well but is very easy to reposition if you don't get it straight the first time. The quality of the paper is excellent—it doesn't rip into tiny shreds when you're trying to remove it. A must-have for any home DIY kit.

Super large!

Frogtape is a game changer in the kitchen for labelling.
The main use I have for this tape is for labelling plastic food containers before they go in the freezer. Absolute game changer because the adhesive is strong enough to survive months at -18 DegC but then pulls off cleanly when needed. No adhesive residue left on the containers before they go in the dishwasher.
