My son just loves this toy and brings it anywhere he goes. I love the idea it has a bag to keep it organized. This is durable too because there was an instance when we went to friend's place and his dog bit and played with this and the toy wasn't broken or any marks left. I recommend this for the kids who just loves building things.

I’ve always loved blocks and I’ve always loved magnets. These magnetic blocks allow me to combine those two loves into one package and to share them with my grandchildren. Normal blocks allow you to exercise your creativity by towers and castles and walls and then knocking them down! These magnetic blocks allow you to do those same things, but you can do them in new ways (you can’t have a hanging parapet with wooden blocks, but you can with these magnetic ones!).First, these blocks seem very safe. The magnets are inside the blocks and there doesn’t seem to be any easy way to get to the inside of those blocks. They are completely sealed with no visible seams. When I press on them they don’t bend. A child might try to be creative and try to find out what is inside them, but I don’t think that they will succeed (though it’s always a good idea to check on your kids when they get too quiet!). They're way too big to swallow. They could chew on them, but they're ABS plastic, so there's no harm in that. You can’t be too careful because magnets are dangerous if swallowed, but I don’t think that you need to be worried about these blocks.The magnets are very strong. I built a tower sixteen blocks high and I could pick up the whole tower by lifting the top block. The blocks come in five different colors, with six of each color (orange, red, green, blue, and yellow) for a total of thirty blocks. Each block is 1.34 inches on a side. Another thing that I like is that each set comes with a soft cloth storage bag. Even though the blocks stay together, it’s a great idea to have a bag to keep them in.Each set includes a booklet that has different shapes that you can make with the blocks. I think I’d rather just let my grandchildren come up with her own creative ideas, but it’s still a nice idea. But what I really like about it is that a lot of the designs have a child’s first name attached to them, and the company encourages you to send in your creative designs and they will include them in the next version of the booklet. That’s a great idea for a great product!I am impressed by these blocks. These are easy to use and the magnets do keep them together. It is not strong enough to have a few of them hanging together as the weight will separate them and fall apart. Dropped this about six feet high on concrete, wood floor and vinyl floor. Did not dent them at all. Resist impact good. Plus a kid will not be dropping these from high altitude. Multiple colors which avoids same boring color scheme.Do like the booklet it comes with. Provides samples of different figures one can build. Also comes with a soft bag to hold the blocks. One great plus, if given to babies they will not choke if they put them in their mouths.

I have spent hours building "robots" and "houses" with my 3 and a half year old since getting these for my son. He loves the possibilities and has been able to be very creative with what he builds and "sees". This toy is in regular rotation, and he loves coming to me and saying "build x". The blocks are excellent quality and easily cleaned, durable and colorable. I wish the set was larger, but this is a great start for an active toddler. Highly recommended.

These magnetic blocks are fantastic for my toddler. They "stick" on all sides, making them frustration-free, as opposed to Duplo blocks which my toddler has not quite figured out yet.The blocks rattle a little as if there are loose magnets inside, which I assume lets them reorient so that the blocks never repulse each other. There's enough magnetic strength that a few blocks hang from each other.I would love to get more of these for my kid!

This was a Christmas gift for my 3yr old grandson. He loved the gift, but he doesn't play with them as they were meant to be used. He sticks them to anything metal.
