It works well

It's a really odd one. The spec of the laptop is v good - ran iRacing at 140+ fps, a massive increase over previous laptop (RIP). I've little doubt it's a good gaming machine.I love the laptop in and of itself but for one problem.It lasted one day.After that, it just wouldn't start back up. No charging light; tried battery reset et al... nothing. Amazon staff helpful in organising a replacement - if same issue arises, will get a refund. I'm hoping it's just the case of an issue around certain battery / charger batches rather than something systemic.The GPU and CPU are pretty decent, so let's hope no issues with the replacement.

The faulty product arrived on 3rd June 23. Plugged in but the charger indication light did not light up and the laptop can’t be turned on. Applied return on the same day, but Amazon customer service confirmed they don’t arrange collection or drop off anymore and that I need to arrange courier service myself to send the faulty laptop back to Amazon’s return unit in Doncaster. I asked for who I can use, they provided a list of suggested couriers. At the time, I just wanted to send the faulty laptop back as soon as possible, so I bought the send parcel service from one of the couriers and they collected on 5th June. However, the parcel arrived their depot on 7th June, and there was no more update since then. Today is 11th June, they still can’t find the parcel.Why Amazon sold me faulty laptop and shift the return responsibility to the customer now?I bought the laptop from Amazon on the basis that I have always been able to return my Amazon product by either Amazon’s collection or Amazon’s drop off locations.The laptop my friend bought and returned from and to Amazon last year had Amazon’s collection service. Why Amazon don’t do that anymore?Laptop is not listed as an item that the courier companies will compensate for. Now as a customer of Amazon, not only the product arrived in faulty condition, I now possibly won’t be able to get my refund as Amazon don’t collect the product they sell anymore. What a nightmare!(Update: Amazon Customer Service confirmed their return unit received the laptop on 11th June. I received my refund back today on 20th June)

The laptop is great, unfortunately the battery charger doesn't work.

Nice laptop, great graphics and super fast, but literally lost 60% of battery in less than an hour when gaming… plus according to our smart meter it costs a lot to charge it!

Laptop arrived. Did not work from the get go. Would not even power up. No damage to packaging. Obviously quality control checks lacking at manufacturing end. Very disappointing. No immediate replacement shipped. So I am waiting on returns process. Cannot order a laptop until refunded. Stuck in limbo land till then...

Great laptop all around but one issue is it doesn’t support two external monitors at 1080p and you have to buy an hdmi to usb converter and even then the signal from that second converted monitor doesn’t display in 1080

The laptop does not show the charging indicator and does not turn on. I will exchange or issue a refund. I will keep you informed of all updates. This is already the second attempt to buy this laptop on Amazon, the first time the laptop was simply not delivered and it took me about two weeks until I received my money back...
