Only had the chair for a couple of days. It was easy to assemble. Comes in 2 boxes. One box is very heavy. Chair works as described, very comfortable, seems very sturdy, not sure about the massage feature, seems more like a vibration. The chocolate brown color is very nice! I feel it's worth the money.

If you are a couple of older people on a budget, these are great chairs for the price. Buy an external battery box that can be pulled into encase of power failure though, so you can escape from it. These chairs are very comfortable. We bought one to start with because I was having surgery and wanted lift chair for recover to sleep in and be lifted out of, worked fantastically! My husband loved the chair so much her ordered another one for his surgery two weeks later! Now that we have them, they are so comfortable and make watching football and movies so much more enjoyable. We were using really nice antigravity lawn chairs for our furniture, but I have to say, this is a wonderful improvement. I do not think they would hold up well in a rowdy family home with children, they are not that structurally sound, but for a couple on old (65) year old, 180 lb and 210 lb people, we are very pleased. I assembled them myself (wife) it was easy to follow the direction. My chair was damaged and has a slight bend in the leg structure, but everything works well on it. The lift of the chair is excellent and makes it easy to stand up. We rarely use that feature now, but it is excellent. We love that these chairs lay flat, very nice to sleep in if needed. They come with decent lumbar pillows too. Lots of pockets, 2 USB ports for phone charging. Nice heater and vibrations. Nice beige color, nice soft fabric. We like everything about these chairs. Comfortable soft arms. I can't think of anything we don't like, except that the didn't come with battery backup.

The fabric on this chair is very soft, the cushioning is above average, but the color was Way Off (this is the only reason so far for the 4 star review) I ordered the blue which showed as a royal blue, but it is a deep navy almost black color. Assembly was easy, (my hubby is very handy with this) I ordered the medium-wide size, I'm 5'3" and it fits me very well. All the electronics work as they should. I do notice a small side movement when using the lift at the very beginning, but then it becomes smooth all the way up. I have arthritis in my lower back and this will really help on days that it flares up. I'm also looking at knee replacement and this will allow me to take care of myself sooner with less help getting out of a chair. This is a very large chair and needs enough clearance to get to the Zero Gravity setting. But with an open floor design I do have room for it. I like the footrest extension and find this chair to be so very comfortable, it is well worth the price with the options that it provides. The only downside of this chair is the color, but I can change that with the simple addition of a throw blanket or cover. I had shopped around at local furniture stores and none offered the Zero Gravity (which I really wanted), they cost thousands of dollars so I was a bit nervous that this was so affordable, but this chair has all the bells and whistles and is Very Affordable. I purchased the extended warranty so I don't have any worries for the next 2 years as far as the motors go. This is well worth the money and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was having heart bypass surgery & the doctor recommended I get lift recliner. I looked all over town and the cheapest I could find started at $1995 & all the way up to $2700. This was a great value for the money. Looks great & material is super soft. Fully adjustable in all areas. I got the medium wide version but I really should have gotten the standard width. If you have a pet that likes to lay in your lap or beside you, I would recommend the wide version. It came in 3 boxes but only 2 arrived on the day promised but the 3rd box did arrive the next day. I also received an email apologizing for the missing box. It was very simple to put together as promised. I am very pleased with it & would recommend it to anyone wanting a recliner.

My 88 year-old mom loves this chair. Prior to this, she had a very nice La-Z-Boy rocking recliner but recently had to begin rocking back and forth with some force to 'launch' herself out of that chair. This recliner makes it so easy for her to sit, lean back, relax, then stand up with ease when she's ready. This chair gets a workout too because she's still on the go for her age but has to rest periodically to avoid tachycardia events. The only drawback I have seen is that the 'single click' button to stand up from a reclining position takes quite a long time. When someone is at the door, it seems to take ages to get into a position where she can leave the chair to answer the door. But that minor issue is outweighed by all the positives this chair has brought to her life.

My husband had emergency open heart surgery and once he was out in recovery I realized we needed a lift chair asap. We do not own a truck and I found it hard to find a lift chair in stock locally with any kind of reasonable delivery times. I decided to try Amazon and see what I could find. I wanted the larger size since my husband is 6'1 and 200 lbs. It was going to take too long so I bought the regular size. It turned out to be perfect. It came in 2 boxes delivered to my front door. I was able to scoot the boxes inside. The box with the base of the chair is pretty heavy but I'm 5'4" 130 lbs and I was able to get it moved. It took me 25 mins to assemble. It was super easy. The hardest part was getting the base out of the box. I didn't want to cut the box in case I needed to return it. I had no missing or broken parts. The directions are easy to follow. I bought dark grey. My husband loves the chair and fits perfectly. It's firmer than I had thought it would be but he likes that it has some firmness. The fabric is soft and seems durable. I would say if you're bigger than 6'1"/200 lbs you need to go up in size. The chair is comparable to a higher end lift chair you might find in a furniture store. Good quality

Well, after weeks of trying to choose this kind of Recliner here on amazon, i came to the conclusion in this one. And no complains from me, it's comfortable and looks good too. I just wish all the electronic, and motors last for a good long time. I recommend this Recliner to anyone who wants a nice, good Recliner with all the whistles for a good price , you can't go wrong with this one.

My wife has to have back surgery so we bought this chair for her to have postop. She finds it very comfortable and loves the fact that it will lay flat. Highly recommended.

Chair meets my expectations Easy to assemble. One issue was the delivery. Both boxes left in front of garage. One I could see the other delivered different day I could not see only knew it was there when I was going out. We had to carry up to the porch. They did not even ring the door bell

Purchased two medium-regular dark grey dual motor lift chairs.Researched lift chairs in stores and on-line. These chairs are very competitively priced. They arrived within projected time. Very straight forward to assemble with easy clear instructions.Encountered one problem with one chair due to defective massage/heat remote that did not work. Contacted customer service via email and phone and received a prompt response via email later the same day. Customer service apologized and offered to send a replacement as soon as possible. They also contacted me by phone to confirm their response. The remote shipped the next day and customer service followed up via email noting tracking number and prompt delivery date. Excellent customer service response! Replacement received as promised.Chair works as intended and is comfortable for my 5’8”, 290 lb. frame. The lift function is helpful. I also like the dual motors, so the back rest and footrest work separately. This provides more flexibility in setting my incline position. My wife loves the massage/heat function and finds it helps with her lumbar back pain.5/5 rating. Even though one remote was defective, their customer service response was excellent. I would recommend and purchase from MCombo again.

There was a mix up at first; but between Amazon and the seller it was corrected. Not only that but this chair delivery date was for Friday and it showed up today Wednesday, thank you also to UPS. Thursday is my wife's birthday this was perfect the smile she had on her face was priceless.The chair was easy to assemble everything works on it, it looks great with our other furniture and what is the most important my wife loves it. She has trouble getting to the back of the chair but I told her she will grow into it. Seeing she is tiny I can easily move her back.What a perfect day, give your self a pat on the back for making this happen. :)
