Assembly was challenging but all parts were included. The included booklet is generally good with high quality paper and pictures. I spend the better part of three days on assembly. I could not find the recommend tire pressure on any of the paperwork or on the 20 inch tires. Had to change my rating of product. When installing the right pedal ( the one with left had threads ) it only screwed in about 2 1/2 revolutions. When riding the bike pedal fell off and after several more hours effort to fix ended up with totally stripped out threads on the pedal. Have to revise again. Google search shows how to properly install pedals. Assembly booklet shows right pedal screwed in counter-clockwise. Took about three hours to correct the error and almost ruined the pedal.

The color is lovely. However, the spokes on one if the tires had to be readjusted. Otherwise I am happy with it.

With the first delivery, the package was damaged to the point that I told FedEx I was not going to accept it.I called the company in California which stated that a new bike would be sent in lieu of it, once the damaged adult tricycle is received at their location. So said , so done. The next package was delivered with minor damage to the packaging. I assembled it. There was no damage to the bike and it looked extra special. Currently, this bike is at a local charity that is conducting God's work.

I was unable to put the bike together with the instructions. So I had it assembled professionally. The bike is defective. It is hard to get it moving, like there is some kind of resistance. The master technician with more than 20 years experience said he thinks it’s a bent axel. When I addressed this issue with customer service, they requested a picture. Which seems reasonable, however due to the design of the bike, only an inch of the axel is visible. I feel like they sold us a defective product. They also said in order to get a refund, I’d have to de-assemble the bike and put on the original box(like that’s even possible), so they can try and sell this defective product to someone else. Unbelievable. Stay away, stay far away from this brand

Fenders arrived in box bent. Asked for replacements but no word yet; one week has passed.

After a brief mixup with delivery, no fault of their’s, I started to put together. The directions are great with full color photos step by step, so easy to follow. It looks good and came without any of the expected shipping damage. Bike is fun to ride we really like the back rest on this model, it provides back support for those long rides. Have had compliments on the looks, she is very happy and recommends to those looking for a good 3 wheeler.

Great bike, the instructions are not very friendly. Took us about six hours to assemble it. And still can’t get the gears correct. Spend the extra money and have a professional do it.
