I am a senior with very narrow very flat feet. As I traveled, I noticed increased hip and leg pain after long walks.These insoles push up hard against my flat arches. It took a short time to adapt to the pressure on my feet .Now they feel really good . I don't go out without a pair in my shoes. I use a second pair in my home slippers. I have less pain than before. Amazing results! I'm honest to a fault. My arches are so high I can slide my fingers under my feet without lifting them off the ground and I also have over pronation. For years I've used Spenco PolySorb Heavy Duty Insoles and even paid for custom orthotics in the past. Spenco was good for about a week until the padding under the ball off my feet smushed to a few millimeters.So far, it seems that I have found a solution that can 'go the distance' and I would highly recommend this to others suffering similar feet problems.

I purchased these a few months ago based on their good reviews. They are very supportive and a perfect fit for my shoes. I would say that they are correctly sized and seem to be made well and of good materials. I do prefer a softer insole but overall still comfortable. These are very rigid, especially in the arch and don't offer a lot of padding for the rest of your foot either, but if they closely match your foot, I think that you will like them. I have a pair of custom made insoles that were very expensive, and it's hard to tell a difference between these and my custom fit ones. They are priced very well and would be worth trying out for yourself.

High arches always gives me trouble and pain.... after I installed these in my shoes I can now walk pain free.(3-4 miles everyday on varied off road terrain). So far they have held up well over the miles in my hiking bootsThese are now my go-to inserts and I would purchase them again.I paid for these with hard earned moneyHighly recommend

PLUSES: The product fit my NB 1540s without trimming. Controls motion well. Like all such insoles they take up volume in the shoe so be aware of that before ordering.MINUSES: These insoles throw my foot forward inside the shoe (too much heel lift?) leaving toes to hit shoe.BIG MINUS: In my NB 1540s there is a large area on the inside of each toe box that the insole does not fill, so there is real potential of toes being rubbed causing blisters. In shoes with a narrower toe box this may not be a problem.I would rather have to trim an insole to fit than have one that is too small.

Love them. I was limping & in pain bc of no support dued to wearing slides a lot. They are very comfortable, light weight that help with heavier body frames and I didn't have to cut them either. They help with flat feet, fallen arches, sweaty, & smelly feet too. When I tell you these were a life saver!

I wear HOKA sneakers. I've had a knee replacement and a hip replacement. My right foot needs to be operated on and rebuilt. I am NOT ready for the long road to recovery with that. I ordered these and I've been wearing them since 8 am. It is now 9 pm. My feet don't hurt my legs don't ache. Every time i buy new shoes I will also be getting a pair of these.

I put a 4 star for now because I haven’t used them for work yet but what I can say is instant relief! I bought a pair of Walmart work shoes with hard soles for durability not realizing that the pair I bought are the worst ones to have on my feet, so fast forward to now I had to use them again for a new job and by the following week my feet ached so bad I couldn’t take it anymore, felt like I was walking on concrete barefooted.It was either play Russian roulette on a pair of shoes I didn’t know was going to work or get insoles and invest. I invested! These insoles gave me the biggest smile on my face right now, not only are they are comfortable they are durable! You can see the arch to where it curves to my foot. (I’m flat footed plus overweight so my poor feet were dying). Been in the restaurant business for 15 plus years. And I can already tell I’m gonna feel like I’m walking on a cloud!Con: it’s a con but it still worked in my favor. I accidentally ordered the wrong size insole. Meant to order a 8.5 women’s but accidentally ordered a 8.5 men’s/10.5 women’s. And I compared my old insole to this one and it was the same size and when I put it in my work shoe it fit like a glove, so I guess the upside I didn’t have to return it but to anyone that needs their exact size be aware.
