Make sure metal is well annealed when using these stamps. They are not designed for metal stamping as they do not leave a clear pattern. May work better on sterling. Used on brass and copper.

I'm just getting in to metal stamping, and these little plant stamps are adorable! The give a nice clean impression. They are each marked with the position so you can ensure you're stamping it in the direction desired. Quality item, I would definitely buy some of the other sets

These metal stamps are much heavier than they appear in real life. The stamps come in a small plastic box that is very tightly sealed. Each stamp is lightly coated with a viscous layer of clear machine oil (I assume to deter rusting), so be prepared to wipe them down before use.There are 12 unique flower designs on each stamp that are approximately 6mm in diameter. Each individual stamp has a small incised diagram of the flower design on its sides so you know which stamp you are picking up if its upended or scattered on a work surface. Very convenient.I like the dainty designs of each flower, but it can be hard to see a clear impression on some of the stamps due to some shallow carving on the raised images. Be prepared to use slightly more pressure more than once to see better results.I think these stamps are suited to smaller craft work for leather and softer woods, but not for anything clay or sculpture-related.

These stamps are hardened steel dies that impress a design into leather, wood, or malleable metals. If you have used number or letter stamps to impress information into a material....it is the same thing except with small pictures of animals.These stamps are designed for soft metals like brass or aluminum, but I got them to put something of a hallmark into soft clay. Obviously, overkill but it is nice to have the flexibility. I tried them on wood, steel, and plastic. The wood was OK, but hardwood works better than softer woods like pine. Steel didn't work out so well. I used it on a steel can top and the design is a little difficult to see. With some practice, it could be a lot better. On plastic (ABS I think) it worked really well. The design showed up crisp and clear.For jewelry metals like silver and gold, these stamps would work great I suspect (I don't have a whole lot of spare gold around the house to find out).Overall, I'm pretty happy with the stamps. They are pretty fun to use and are reasonably priced.

Wow, these are much heavier than I expected! They're very thoughtfully made, with the size and design stamped on the sides so it's easy to find whichever one you're looking for if they're strewn out on the table. I'll be honest and admit I got these for a completely different material than the manufacturer intended, so I can't speak as to how well they work on metal or leather.What I used them for was on clay. On wet clay straight from the bag, they worked about as well as you'd expect - not well at all, and pressing down hard enough to leave an impression also left the rounded edge of the stamp itself. On leather-hard clay, though, even though the stamp isn't very deep, it makes a nice, clear impression. I've made a set of earrings in porcelain using the rabbit stamps. I did make sure to rub a dark glaze in the stamp before coating the rest of it, and I can't wait to see what it looks like when it comes back from glazing!

These metal stamps are super adorable! I love the variety of shapes you get with this set. A flower, cactus, and leaves in the plant set. So there are a lot of options.They stamp well and are easy to use. The case does a great job storing everything nice and tidy.The prices is reasonable as well.

These Tlimus flower design stamp set is beautiful. They are heavy duty and will last for years to come. I deducted one star because the case is incredibly hard to open and close.
